We recently had a new heater installed by the Bob Jenson crew and were once again very pleased with the professionalism, helpful discussion regarding what would be best for our home, and taking all the time we needed for questions and explanations. Our install team of Javier Zambada and David Brito were excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and cleaned up the work area beautifully. Thank you, we are very pleased!!!

We purchased our HAC unit from Bob Jensen over 15 years ago and they have serviced it twice a year since then. Their service has been excellent throughout especially this past week when Connor Higgins and Javier Zambada came to service the unit. They were exceptional; knowledgable, courteous, informative, friendly and efficient. They are two very nice young men who are a credit to Bob Jensen's hiring and training processes. We highly recommend Bob Jensen to our family and friends.

Bob Jenson sent 2 installers to put in 3 more mini splits this past Monday. Tony Guardarrama and Pouria arrived on time both Monday and Tuesday. They did an excellent job and I am very satisfied. It was not an easy installation, but they somehow managed to get it all done and no messes were left behind. I wholeheartedly recommend Bob Jenson AC & Heating.

Cyrus came out fir my yearly air conditioner inspection. All went well. Cyrus was polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions.

Over the last three days we had a new Bosch air pump system installed at our home. Tony and Luis were a great team, working together, to get the job done on time. They were very polite and cleaned up their workspace at the end of each day. They ran a 220V line, purchasing a hard-to-find new circuit breaker dedicated to the heat pump, threading a 220-V line through our ceilings from one side of the house to the other. They repaired places where the ductwork had come loose. And, of course, making the necessary ductwork routings to keep the system super quiet. They also installed a new secondary drip pan as well as condensate tubing and a new humidifier. It was a very big, complicated job. They were so thorough that they repaired the drywall dings and painted with our paint we had on hand and they even took out an old decaying concrete pad that the old equipment rested on. They were friendly and easy to communicate with and, above all, very proficient and efficient at their job.

A moment ago This company is great. Roy Villa the service technician was very knowledgeable. No threat of up selling. Just explained what was wrong with the heating system and fixed it. This is for a rental house. He told me about the warranty plan they have for heating and AC. It was extremely reasonable. Now I will just have the AC and heater checked before each season.

Rogelio (Roy) Villa came right on time and fixed our furnace right away after another heting contractor came 3 times and failed to fix it. His explanations were easy to follow and he gave great sustomer service, even helping us reduce the cost by signing us up for a maintenance contract.

We just had our HVAC system replaced. Tony and Javier were outstanding! They were professional and courteous, always ready to answer any questions. They made it very easy to have them working around the house! Thank you both for a job well done!

This is a 6 star company. All office personnel and installers (Luiz and Tony) were excellent. I received no benefit or discount for writing this review and rarely even review a company, but they are well worth the effort!

Roy Villa arrived on time and was very friendly. He did a thorough job of evaluating my HVAC system. He was very honest and trustworthy and did a fantastic job.

Great service all around from Bob Jensen. Free in home estimate with no pressure sales tactics. When it came to the installation, it was nice to know that they use their own crew, they do not subcontract out the work, so you know what you're going to get. On the day of installation, the sales person came also to ensure that we all understood what was going to happen. The install technicians, Tony and Sammy, took time to ensure that everything was done correctly and answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

Senior technician Tom Lairson was excellent in all aspects of his work. Tom came on time, was friendly and respectful, explained the problem with the old furnace valve, and was clear in how to use the new thermostat. He spent the effective amount of time the job needed to be done well and we were very satisfied with his work and his personality.

Bob Jenson did an excellent job. Rogelio came out and diagnosed our problem, special ordered the part and it was repaired early the next day by Kevin. The Jenson company was concerned since we are seniors, we would be without heat too long so they came out extra early to take care of us. We are very pleased. They were vigilant in regards to Covid precautions. They took every step to protect us and themselves. Very clean and professional. They answered EVERY question we had, over the phone and in person before and after each contact. We will call Jenson's every time after this. We could not be happier. It could not have gone better from start to finish. I got three bids to replace my A/C and Furness and Bob Jenson's had the best price for a quality unit. The installation techs did a great job. Everything was clean and ready to go when they were finished. I'm very happy with their work.

Cyrus was the technician. Very thorough & professional. Observed all Covid safety steps. Spent extra time troubleshooting a clicking in air cleaner & solved the issue.

The sales rep that made the quote knew all the equipment on the market and came up with a solution to our space that was obviously better than that of any other company. The proposal was in three parts plus some add on items. It was a very clear contract and clearly stated the differences between the three different tiers of equipment. When the workmen came, they were very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. As we saw the system go in, it became more and more obvious that we had made the right choice. They had high quality equipment that fit our space better than any other company. There was a small delay of less than an hour at the beginning because they exchanged a piece of equipment so we could have an undamaged piece of equipment. We are still waiting for the weather to cooperate so we can really test the system.

Very professional work by Tony and Sammy. They instructed me on the new thermostat and made sure all my questions were answered and tested the heater before they left. Covid-19 protocol was followed and they left everything very clean after they were done. I am a 90 year old satisfied customer!

site visit to develop the proposal went very smoothly. representative was professional and provided a useful dialogue to define the scope of the effort. Installation team was on-time both days. They protected all internal work areas. When they arrived we did a walk through and identified issues with the location that I had chosen to install the units in the bedrooms. After a brief discussion we relocated where to install the units. The install team was professional and coordinated their schedule and efforts in a timely and succinct manner. The system is operating as advertised and I would recommend their team to others.

The technician showed up well within the expected time window and was very courteous. He changed our oversize air filter with two, allowing for no gaps. He checked pressures and cleaned out the condensate line. I joined the Comfort Club, which allows for two services per year; one in the spring for the AC and one in the fall for the heater. He did not try to sell me on any new equipment and reported that the system was working properly. The cost reflected in this review is for the two checkups.

Service was very competently and thoroughly performed by Tom. He was a wealth of information and was able to answer all of my questions. Bob Jensen Heating and AC have been providing maintenance, service, and repairs for our units for many years, and I have always found them to be very competent and exceptionally pleasant/helpful to work with. I would highly recommend their Comfort Club Maintenance Plan. It is a good way to ensure regular annual maintenance for your furnace and air conditioner and a very cost effective way to get help and repair service when needed.
