Chance and his crew replaced the gas heater in the attice, replaced some sections of ducting, adjusted fan speed. Good job and clean up, but did not paint around area of replaced register. Once this was pointed out to Bob Jenson, they immediately scheduled visit for painter to make adjustment.

I installed a new pier and post foundation system for my 1917 craftsman home (see my Sure Safe review), With the addition of new piers and girders my old ducting system would not work as it was a combination of flexible and non-flex ducting. I called 4 separate companies for quotes. I explained that I had a new foundation system and that we unhooked 3 ducts. I also wanted to move one floor register as it was nearly inaccessible in its current location. I also asked that the entire system be inspected as it was possible that the remaining ducts (2 of them) might have been damaged or disconnected during the foundation repair. Bob Jenson?s quote came in as the second lowest (ranged from 700-1758). But the reason I chose them was because of the gentleman, Cyrus, who initially came out to give me a quote. Of the 4 companies I called, 2 gave me quotes over the phone and 2 came out to inspect. Cyrus was the only one who took the time to crawl under the house (very small crawlspace) and inspect every line. I felt that his quote would be the most accurate since he spent the time under the house to see the actual system. I received the quote on 8/20, confirmed I was going with them on 8/21 and the work was completed on 8/23. Everything about them was professional. The crew that performed the work, Chanse and another gentleman, were great. Worked very neatly, laid out cloth tarps everywhere they worked. They completed the job in about 4 hours. I also asked them to give the furnace a tune up which Chanse completed ($88 charge). As the end of November came around I finally fired up the furnace, I realized that a substantial cold breeze was coming back up through the return vent. Though the return vent was not one of the ducts installed by Jenson?s team, I called them to re-inspect that line. I called on 12/9 and they scheduled Chanse to come out on 12/12 between 3-5pm. They called to inform me he would be arriving around 2:30 if that was OK. He quickly found the issue (the flexible ducting had come loose from the register). He re-attached the ducting from underneath the house and sealed the register from the inside of the house as well. He completed the job in about 30 min then called his boss to verify that the job would be free of charge, which it was. That was very much appreciated as that particular duct was not one of the ones they installed originally From the initial inspection to the follow up call they were great and I would definitely encourage others to use them.

What an excellent company in all categories. Arrive on time, work quickly and extremely clean. Simon Diaz, the technician, is outstanding. He is so very competent. He is respectful of the customer and the house. Simon is a standout. The other people I've had contact with over the phone, to a person, are so helpful. The go out of their way to provide great service. They work as a team.

Great salesmen and installers were knowledgeable, skilled, hardworking and friendly. They worked hard to get the air conditioner running before hot weekend.

I am not a prolific writer, and if I was, I would write many pages about how excellent this company is. They made many trips before we could contract with them in order to answer our concerns and questions. We were originally interested in a ductless system, and eventually ended up as decribed above. The new unit works better than expected and it is quiet. They have come out to address any concerns we have had. The extended ductwork looks great. The problem with the existing system was that when we did a remodel of a bathroom a year ago, the contractor had blocked a section of the return shaft. I am thankful that they noticed this and took the time to figure it out. I must say, I also really appreciate the cleanliness in which they work and leave the premise without a hint that they were there. From the office staff, the sales department, and the technicians, all of them have been consistenly professional. If possible, I would give them a higher grade than an A.
