Cyrus came out to the house and inspected our existing heating and air units. He explained our options taking into consideration our specific needs and then made a recommendation for replacement. He worked with us and listened carefully to our questions. He did not rush us or push us into the purchase. We bought a new heater, air conditioner, thermostat and attic insulation that matched our needs. The work crew had the new system installed in three days. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and respectful. They cleaned up each day before they left. They showed up on time each day. We recommend Bob Jenson Air Conditioning And Heating Inc.

OUTSTANDING: I have preventive maintenance twice every year. Once to check all A/C equipment and once to check all Heating equipment. This past week technician Jeremy Zavala conducted the preventive maintenance on the Heating system. I was scheduled for the window of noon-3:00PM. Jeremy drove up at noon sharp! Jensen's techs have always arrived on the front end of the promised window. Jeremy was in a clean uniform; wore shoe covers so as not to track anything into my home; introduced himself; friendly and smiling; and went directly to work. He serviced the equipment as well as the thermostat then went over a list of everything addressed. Jeremy is a perfect example and representative of the things I personally want and Jensen A/C & Heating always provides: - Outstanding customer service - Well trained, knowledgeable service technicians - Prompt - Efficient - Respectful of my home: Always leaves the work area neat and clean - Trust-worthy - Personable - If a part needs replacement no need to special order - it's in the van - Jensen's Office & Administrative personnel also demonstrate the qualities noted above. - Always fair cost and excellent value And unlike many of the better known San Diego HVAC companies, Jensen has never made a sales pitch at the completion of a preventive maintenance service call. Since having Jensen as my only preferred HVAC provider my A/C and Heating has been 100% reliable.

So after spending many hours looking at whole house systems we felt the split air system was the way to go as we are just two people in a two story home so with the split air system we only need to cool the part of the house we are using at that time. After calling several companys out for a quote which they were quick to come to our home and give us the sales talk. All seemed to push and want to sign quick except Bob Jenson. This sales person took the time to talk to us and gave us all the information and did not push us. In fact Bob Jenson stood head and shoulders above the rest and even more than that they are local. Now the big install time came (OH MY WHAT DID WE GET INTO) both the wife and my self were so worried what was going to happen now? Well all of that went away very quick. A large crew came and not only were they clean and so respectful of our home and our property and our pet Cat. This company cares about the little people (us). At every point of the install was right on target. They had the parts required at our home on time and nothing missing or had to run off to another Job site which we have had happen in the past with other companys. After they get your money they just seem to fade off, Not Bob Jenson. They were **** ** the Job from day one to the point the system was up and running. This is truley a 5 star company. And there is more, these people do not stop and fade into the wood work. They stay on the job 24/7. We got there service Contract and was that ever a good thing for retired people such as the Hanson's. And who made this part of the Bob Jenson experance so wonderful and on going. That would be a young man that is so sharp and hard working for the company? That would be Jeremy Zavala. What ever he is being paid is not enough. Hear that Bob J? This worker of yours is so good and has so sold us on your company we are sticking with you as long as you keep Jeremy. He checks our system out every 6-M and we are going to stay with you. During this last very hot summer our home was wonderfull. Bob Jenson's HVAC has serviced 4 of my homes since 2006. They have always been extremely conscientious, whether they were installing or servicing. I have chronic health issues which requires the air I breath to be as clean as possible. They found the perfect system for my needs. Keeping the system serviced every 6 months is a must for me. A typical service isn't good enough for my lungs. Over the past 5 years, Jeremy Zavala has painstakingly incorporated the perfect routine to ensure that my system is completely dust, mold, bacteria and VOC-free, so as not to effect my health adversely. Bonus, he's extremely nice and trustworthy! Actually, everyone in the entire company is nice and trustworthy. I wish all companies had the same ethics. Zero stress, with top notch service!!!

I give top ratings to Bob Jensen Air Conditioning and Heating in every category. In particular, Marcella Gorghis in the Service Department was gracious, knowledgeable, and most helpful in taking my service request. Then she offered me suggestions and options to get exactly what I needed to solve my air conditioning problems as quickly as possible on a hot summer day. Nobody could have been more helpful than she was. On the other hand, Bob Jensen AC & H installed my systems 22 years ago. Only two times before in all those years have I needed service, a testimony to the excellent installation work as well as the excellent system they installed. But when you do have to call for service, and you get a representative as courteous and competent as Marcella Gorghis, you know you are in good hands before the service technician even arrives. I must also commend service technician Roy Villa for going out of his way to make certain everything was checked and informing me of things I had never noticed. Roy patiently listened to all my thoughts and concerns before beginning his work. My air conditioner received the repair it needed and Roy took added steps to ensure that the problem would not occur again. But he further took steps to reassure me that all my concerns were dealt with so I can feel confident my system will last for many years to come. No service technician could have been more efficient and competent than he was. In the 22 years since Bob Jensen AC & H installed my systems, only two times before have I needed service. But when you do have to call for service, and you get a technician as courteous and competent as Roy Villa, you know you are in good hands from the moment he arrives. Everyone at Bob Jensen is first rate.

Reviewed the entire system, fixed the parts that needed repair and got the system up in running before the summer heat started to get to us. Great customer service, was able to walk us through what he was doing step by step. Really felt like he went the extra mile to make sure we were take care of. I am impressed.

I had three companies come to make bids on adding a whole house air filter to my Heating and AC system... Bob Jenson was the only one that actually listened to me, the only one that looked at my whole set-up in the whole house and attic, and therefore the only one that found problems that needed to be fixed and that when fixed would improve the air quality in my home. As a result I do not need the whole house air filter system and I saved A LOT of money. I immediately switched ALL my heating and AC work to Bob Jenson even though I have been with another well-known local company for over 20 years (they did not listen well either, did not see the problems that needed fixing, most of which had been caused by them in the first place, and offered a multi-thousand-dollar bid for a whole house system.) The work included replacing registers in three rooms, encasing a big pipe in my furnace that was shedding fiberglass from insulation right into my air system, and other small issues that are too many to mention here. One week later, in a completely unrelated manner, my AC stopped working. Bob Jenson was able to send someone the next day even though they were booked, and that person first thought I needed a new pump but then discovered a clogged tube that he used tanked oxygen to clear, and he solved my problem. Again, excellent diagnostics and lots of patience. All the Bob Jenson staff and workers whom I have interacted with and who did the work at my house were exceedingly professional, punctual, neat, thoughtful, and smart.

Very well and smoothly. Hector and Tony were very professional and took the time to do a great job and to explain what they were doing, how they were doing it and consulted with me when needed. They worked around my schedule and were very accommodating. They explained the operation of the new system thoroughly and it's working great.

First, getting bids was interesting. Some companies did not even bother showing up. Of the four bids, the Bob Jenson bid was the most complete and concise, and was within $100 of the lowest bid (a $25k job). It explained step by step what was going to happen each day (6 day install). At installation time, all went as planned. It took 4 people to pull the new line sets, they pulled the old furnaces and duct work, and repaired the gas line valve to the water heater (no-charge bonus!). When done, they vacuumed the floors and left us with a working system. A few days later, Cyrus showed up to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions we may have had. All in all, an awesome experience compared to other contractors we have worked with. Bob Jenson's HVAC is world class!! Kudos.

Cyrus Thomas is the technician that performed the work. He was on time extremely professional and did an excellent job in servicing the air conditioning unit and answering any questions I had. That is the type of service and professionalism I look for in a company like Bob Jenson Air Conditioning And Heating.

An appointment for service was scheduled the day after I called. The technician, Travis, and his helper came at the time scheduled and quickly found and fixed the problem. A safety shutoff switch had been triggered and needed to be reset. They also noticed that our old unit had some plastic pipes that needed to be replaced and recommended that we fix them. I authorized the change and it was done in a short time. Travis and his helper did a great job and were very efficient. I will call this company again.

They were great to work with for scheduling (although they do book up so a bit of a wait) and confirming the appointment. Our unit is a bit challenging due to being a condo but they had experience in the building which we appreciated. They completed the work in the promised time frame. There was a leak issue after installation , but they came out quickly to fix it. They followed up afterwards to apologize for the inconvenience. Overall very professional to work with and would have been all A marks if not for the leak!

We contacted Bob Jensen a year ago to fix a faulty AC system. They came right away in the midst of a heat wave. We were so pleased with the outcome we then entered into a maintenance agreement. That service call is being reviewed here. The technician arrived early, assessed our heating and cooling system and performed all necessary maintenance. He was professional and courteous and we were delighted with the overall experience. Great company,

Bob Jenson, by far, had the best price for the ductless mini split system they installed. We had several contractors come out for bids and Bob Jenson came through with a quote significantly less than the other companies. They're price was so good that I was worried that there might be problems. That was far from the case. Cyrus and his crew were as professional as could be. The install was finished early and everything seems to be working just fine. I would definitely, (in fact, I already have) recommend Bob Jenson to my friends and family.
