Description of Work: Our A/C was alternating between working and then shutting down. The two techs (Simon & Mike) arrived on time; very polite; listened carefully to the specifics of the problem and found the problem within 20 minutes and did not involve replacing any parts. We found Bob Jensen HVAC on Angie's List and the regular service call of $89 was offered for $79 versus other companies contacted who were charging a great deal more per hour. Bob Jensen offers the service call with the price up front and there is no up-charge if the work takes more than one hour. That's hard to beat. I opted to buy the maintenance offer of two preventive maintenance calls per year for $160 (versus the regular rate of $89/call). This service call counted as #1 and in 6 months they will contact me for the second preventive maintenance. Very pleased with every aspect of experience with this company.

Was told by the office that the technician would be at my home around a certain time, but he was delayed at the previous job, so I needed to wait longer. But at least the office kept me informed of his new ETA. The technician diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and fortunately had the replacement part on his truck. My overall experience was good. The technician was efficient, friendly, professional, and presentable. Used booties while inside the house. I would definitely use this company again.

 + -1 moreI met with the guy that's the president of Bob Jenson, Kevin. He was extremely professional and extremely conscientious, but of the three quotes that I got, they were the most expensive. They are quite a big firm here and they had done my CPA's house, which was one of the reasons I called them. I would consider getting another quote from them, but knowing that they were expensive. For my house I didn't want to spend that much money. I probably would get a quote from them again but since they were the most expensive of the three I probably wouldn't use them.

 + 0 moreWhen Kevin came out to give me an estimate, he went over the compete job with me. I was impressed with Kevin -- he's very professional. The technicians laid covering down on all the carpet and were neat. The old gas wall heater was removed The wall was removed very carefully -- clean line cuts. New Williams gas wall heater 35 BTU was installed. The technicians Sam's and Ricardo's work was excellent and I highly recommend Bob Jenson's A/C and Heating.
Description of Work: Removed old gas wall heater (which was 50 years old) Cut and removed portion of wall to accommodate new heater (new wall heater was much narrower and taller than old heater) Installed new Williams gas walll heater - 35 BTU

They know what they are talking about. Even my grandparents are impressed with them. They are excellent. When they came out, they knew what they were talking about. They came out and were able to recommend a new system. They installed it on time. I would use them again in the future.

They give me a call and let me know if they can schedule an appointment to come out and they come out on time. The guy knows what he is doing and he does his thing and everything works. He maintains two systems and services them twice a year.
