Description of Work: My mother's air conditioner was leaking refrigerant due to a leak in her system. Had called another company, Perfect Heating and Air first and he did come out and couldn't find the leak. Bob Jensen came out and found the leak in 5 minutes, rebrazed the coil, purged the system, refilled with refrigerant. It's working perfectly now. The people I dealt with were very professional and efficient and they let me know when the tech was coming out within a 2 hour time frame. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced the furnace/air conditioner unit on the roof as well as the interior duct work. Everything went very smoothly and they did a fantastic job. Everyone was very professional and helpful, explaining everything from beginning to end. Would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I bid four contractors, two of the big names and two smaller companies. I found the smaller companies to have the most competitive pricing. Bob Jenson had the best bid. I purchased an entire heating and A/C system including new ducts and registers to replace my 35 year old furnace. The team performed the job in 3.5 days and there have been no issues in the past month. I will and have recommended Bob Jenson to all my friends and family.

Description of Work: These guys were awesome! The first review I have bothered to make on Angie's list because their customer service is above and beyond. They contacted me right away to make an apt, reminded me via email and phone, arrived on time, serviced my very old dirty furnace, and got my house warm again. Seriously recommend. I will contact them again when we are ready to replace the furnace for sure.
