I hired Arce Tree service for a front and backyard clean up. My yard was really bad. I had overgrown trees, dead bushes, weeds, trash etcâ ¦Arce Tree service gave me a great price. I received several quotes and Arce Tree service offered the best price and did more. They showed up on time. Finished the job in a timely manner. They kept me informed. They are friendly, professional and provided great customer service. I was beyond pleased with the work they did on my front & backyard. I will be using them for all my landscaping needs. Jose & his dad did a great job on my tree. My huge lemon tree fell due to the recent rains & wind. They trimmed it, re-stabilized it and cleaned up everything. I will definitely be using them again!

Jose and Mario were amazing. The communication was wonderful and Jose put together a formal written proposal for me. The work was perfect. They were able to fix our fake grass after root removal and our trees look amazing. I am so happy they were the guys we chose to help make our yard beautiful.

Need to improve customer communication, and update what is promised. **Care** for customers is very important. In the beginning, very nice. After taking money, the customer was forgotten. Need to keep the promise. I cannot recommend them to anyone in that sense. Work was good though.

We had a variety of trees and bushes which had not been properly trimmed in awhile. We were having our roof replaced the following week and panicked to find an available, confident and competent tree service. Arce Tree Service responded quickly and worked with us within our schedule and their availability. They did a tremendous amount of work one day, had to come back on a second day to finish and got the job done. There was some detail work requiring our input and they made sure it was done to our satisfaction. Customer service and professional quality trimming at an acceptable cost...we are smiling and happy. Arce Tree Service was great. They were friendly and professional when they came out to give me an estimate. Their prices were on par with the other quotes I was given for the same job. And they started work the day after they came for the quote. While they were here working they were professional and respectful of my neighbors doing their best to make sure any fallen branches were collected for the neighbors yards. And they worked quickly as well. I’d very gladly recommend them to my friends for future projects.
