Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a whole house plumbing inspection and $100 worth of credit. They did a good job and exactly what they were supposed to do. However, I did not continue to use them because they quoted another job about four times hire than another company.

Description of Work: The service person was polite knew what he was talking about when he drained my hot water heater, told me of some possible safety problems. Check all faucets and drains in the house also repaired a loose shower head at no extra charge. I would call Anderson's again.

Description of Work: I paid $59 for water heater flush & inspection. He checked the plumbing in the bathrooms & kitchen. They wanted approx. $525 to replace my bathroom faucet & pipes underneath the sink. It was too much money for me at this time. He was not able to flush out the water heater because it was too old. He could not guarantee it would not leak after he flushed it out. I was a little disappointed because I already paid for the water heater flush. I did agree with him. I was not ready to spend $1700,00 for a new water heater if it started leaking

Description of Work: When they first came out they couldn't perform the water heater drain because the sediment was clogging the faucet. The price was to high and they came back with a lower offer. The water flows a lot better through the faucets.
