Our technicians are highly trained and we continue to provide on-going training on a weekly basis. The repair performed on your home comes with great liability. Working with gas can be very dangerous and one mistake can be detrimental to your home, so we carry $2 million in liability insurance to protect you and your home. We track our technician’s movements and our tracking shows that our tech was on this job for much longer than you mentioned. To further explain how our pricing works, we provide you with pricing upfront and in writing, prior to any work being done, and charge the same price for the same job to every customer. This way, you do not pay for the time of a technician who may be slower than another, gets interrupted by the dispatcher in the middle of your job, or when a job expected to take an hour turns into a four hour job due to unforeseen circumstances. No matter how long it takes to make sure your plumbing or HVAC issue is fixed properly and to code, you will pay one price and that does not change. Our technicians cannot overcharge onsite based on age, gender, the area you live in, or the car that’s in your driveway (which unfortunately some contractors have been known to do).
