Ruben was awesome; professional, courteous, personable, and knowledgable. He even helped get a restoration company out for assessment with the hour too! Such great service!

Description of Work: Had a leaking water heater replaced in mother-in-law's mobile home. Extensive damage to the floor. Anderson's did the replacement with a FHA required mobile home water heater. They did a good job working around the contractors replacing the floors.

Description of Work: Replaced non-functioning heating & cooling unit, replaced thermostat, redid all burned out electrical caused by malfunction of former unit, replaced ground support for new unit, replaced all pipe lines as needed; new unit was top-of-the line Lenox and was large enough to quietly cool, heat, and filter the air for a 2500 square feet house with cathedral ceilings. This was a complete update and installation. Everything was done with professional staff and when complete, the areas both inside and outside of the house were spotless. |This was an emergency situation: the weather was over 100 degrees for several days, my 94-year-old mother had just returned home from the hospital with remnants of a serious lung problem, and Anderson was out within two days to do the work. I have never had such fast service, especially as the other companies I called couldn't be bothered to even talk to me on the phone.

Description of Work: They cleaned the drain on the tub/shower in the downstairs hall bath room. That went great. However the next morning the other downstairs bath room shower and toilet over flowed But worked O.K. when we flushed the toilets, ran the sinks, bath tub and shower. Perhaps whatever was blocking the tub drain was pushed into the main drain and when we drained the upstairs tub and flushed the toilet it may have blocked the main drain for a very short time. However everything is now working fine. |

William the technician was thorough in the process of pinpointing where our problem was by using two different size cameras for the job. He was also thorough in explaining the problem and our options to correct the problem. Because we used their coupon for a great price did not mean we received any less than excellent service. Can't say enough good praises about Willliam C. their technician, professional, knowledgeable, on time, answered every question we had (and we had several), he took his time until he knew for sure what the problem was and explained to us in detail what the problem was and how it could be fixed. And he DID NOT try to sell us into fixing it or to buy other services like some aggressive technician we've used in the past.

Description of Work: They discovered a part that was missing from the a/c that was causing the problem. They were not the original people who installed it. It was installed by a company that is no longer in business.

Description of Work: Replaced my water pressure regulator and the main house water shut off valve. Two technicians arrived at the scheduled time, quickly assessed our need, and completed the job in about an hour. The job cost about what I was expecting having received quotes from other plumbers a couple of years ago, but plumbing always seems expensive. Overall, an excellent job with professional workmanship.
