Description of Work: I purchased an a/c tune up and the gentlemen arrived on time. They performed the work well and gave me information regarding my two a/c units for future maintenance. Since my A/C units are old and needed a few things, I enrolled in the yearly maintenance program, to check my plumbing, a/c and furnace. Will continue posting as we need further service from this company, but my first interaction was very positive. Punctual, clean, polite, thorough and explained everything clearly.

Description of Work: They replaced a part on the hot water heater. Spent a lot of time trying to sell me a new hot water heater. Their prices were very high. ~6k for tankless and ~5k for a standard hot water heater. The manager did call back and say he would negotiate, but once I feel that I am being gouged I lose trust. The service person who replaced the part did a good job and was polite.

Description of Work: "Tuned up" one HVAC unit, plus diagnose and fixed problem with second unit at extra cost.

Description of Work: Air conditioner tune up. Only thing I didn't like was being at the very end of a 9-1pm appointment. And, of course he came a little after 1pm.

Description of Work: I invited them to give me an estimate on adding AC to my forced air heating system. The were very prompt and professional, and explained everything in terms I could understand. I decided to wait until next year to add AC, since I didn't want to do it on credit, and their quote was a higher than I expected. I would have no problem calling them for any plumbing needs, and when I'm ready to do the AC install, I'll call them.

Description of Work: We had our gas turned off by SDGE on a Friday night. Fernando from Anderson was able to come out Monday morning and get the leak identified. He did the repairs on Tuesday and then came back and waited for the city inspector Wednesday afternoon to get approval. Everything with Anderson (Fernando) was done well and the communication was good. The lesson learned was that if I ever think I have a gas leak again, I will just call Anderson and skip SDGE and the whole city permit/inspection process. You have to use a plumber anyway to diagnose and do the repairs. You can shut your own gas off (and you should!), have the repairs done and have your gas turned back on a lot quicker by avoiding the gas company and city inspection procedures and go straight to the plumber for everything you need.
