Description of Work: Installed new furnace in attic of condo. Old one had cracks in firebox. Called Anderson Plumbing on a Saturday, they came out on Monday to give me a quote, and had the new furnace installed on Thursday. All in less than a week! The installers were very polite with my 90-year-old mother, and were respectful of her home. Cleaned up very well afterward!

Description of Work: They did not check for carbon monoxide or change the filter without customer requesting it. These were items that were listed as included in the inspection details. Service person rescheduled for CO check but no one called or came.

Description of Work: Performed a complete drain replacement in our 1950s home. The work was performed well and was easy to schedule. It took about 4 days. The only negatives were the noise (which is to be expected), and that we did not realize that we would be responsible for repainting the walls after the work was completed. Other than that, they left a clean space and made sure to protect our floors while the work was being done.

Description of Work: George came and fixed my ancient wall heater. He was excellent. Professional and VERY SMART!!! And very very honest.!I really can't remember the exact date or the amount so those are estimates. He did not try to sell me a new heater, but he did point out some safety issues on the heater. He also pointed out that the last person who worked on it had set the heater at a 450 level rather than a 350 so he also made it more efficient, less damage from overheating that may have caused the safety issues in the first place.I have saved his card and will use that again if I have any more problems.It's like he graduated with a doctorate in furnaces. I just cannot give him enough praise. And my house is warm and comfortable. Thank You George.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking Water Heater. Called Anderson Plumbing for help. This was about 11:30am Monday morning, after dealing with other vendors on the phone who I just did not trust based on their responses I contacted Anderson. Anderson arrived at my home at 2:00 pm that same day with a new water heater in their truck and had it installed within approximately two (2) hours that same day. That is the kind of service I expect from service vendors. Well done Anderson. Price however about double others quoted. However, they responded to an emergency situation so I was willing to pay for that level of almost immediate response.

Description of Work: Tim attempted to clean out the a backyard drain and spent a lot of time with the snake. Unfortunately there are so many roots, so he arranged for William to come the next day with the camera. I am currently working with William now as there are problems with the pipe being under a tree stump that I will have to have removed. Anderson Plumbing is being very attentive, cooperative, and helpful. Marcos was also very helpful performing the hydro jetting (which was Around $940). Service is currently on-going. |
