Description of Work: Bought a $49 furnace deal. Really didn't do anything but tell me how much it would cost to actually do anything. Should have known when the technician walked up to the house empty handed. Don't bother with the Angie's List deal.

Description of Work: Made appointment for Wednesday on Angies List for Drain cleaning and paid $89. When contacted the earlist appointment was Friday. Guy shows up at 5PM and ask ME where drain clean out is. Would not do cleaning for the price because he had to do a little more work than run a line into a clean out. Ended up being $277 and there was no plumming except pipe joints by a wrench.

I did try to contact you to try and better understand the remaining areas of concern. I will share with you what our records indicate and perhaps this may help explain some issues. Our records indicate we had you scheduled for a 2-6 arrival time and that we arrived at your home at 4:30 pm (based on GPS records), well within the time frame and completed our work at 6:00pm. I see that you did have the $89.00 Angie’s List drain cleaning special. The special states there must be an accessible cleanout for this special. Unfortunately, upon our arrival we found there was no clean out and it became necessary for him to remove the p trap and re assemble before leaving, which did require an additional charge; we also provided you with a 90 day warranty on our work. With that said, we would definitely want to know if our documentation or service notes do not line up with your experience or expectation. We are and have always been committed to customer satisfaction and do wish to hear back from you to see if we can resolve your concern. To better understand the concern listed here, I reviewed the notes and perhaps need clarification as to what was not done correctly so that we can address the issues here or see if there is a solution we can offer to you. Our technician was called out to clear a stoppage (you had the $49.00 Angie’s List drain clearing purchase) and upon our arrival it was determined it was a kitchen line with grease buildup. We cleared the line, did not collect any additional funds and recommended that a camera inspection should be performed to better view the issue and this was offered at no charge to you. We then received a call from you cancelling this camera inspection and you advised us at that time that you would have your regular plumber handle the issues. After this review, we did reach out to you multiple times as an attempt to try to find a solution or resolution. If something was left incomplete we certainly want to fix that as we are 100% committed to our customers and the care of their home. Please contact Ivan at 619-449-3852 at your convenience so that we may be able to better assist you with a solution.

Description of Work: I got this service along with a service for toilet not flushing. They only seemed interested in digging up the yard to replace a section of pipe. They never did another inspection after the work. They were little interested in the original problem. Expensive solution

We hire quality employees and that includes drug testing everyone before they come aboard as well as a thorough felony background investigation. We also appreciate that Angie’s List is here and provides an equitable forum for both consumers and businesses to share and respond. Dealing with a mainline problem is never fun and can be frustrating to be sure. It is also a symptom of a much bigger problem. Our job when we arrive at homes is to provide a quality solution with the end results to restore services. Our records show that with your authorization, we completed a dig up, replaced the damaged mainline and did restore drain services. If we did not complete the process with a final drain vision inspection or if you are experiencing any problems with this work, please let us know so that we can get one of our team members out there asap to address this or any other drain related issue.

Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen drain & did video of drain. The cleaning went well & I was completely satisfied. However the tech that did the video did not leave me a copy and tried to sell me close to $8,000 worth of work that a second opinion from another company told me was not necessary. The second company did leave a copy of the video.

Description of Work: found a crack in my sewerline and on further investigation a root approx 2 1/2 feet was inside the pipe. they opened my slab dug down to below the sewerline then removed the broken pipe replaced with new then covered up and poured new concrete to seal it. they were fast, courteous and professional.
