Description of Work: A maintenance operation performed as part of my VIP Advantage membership caused a problem with my HVAC system that then required a paid service call to correct. Thus I am reluctant to have the free maintenance done.

Description of Work: Having problem with toilet drain periodically clogging. Paid for camera to see down the pipe of the toilet drain. Camera time was minimal. I had to ask for a copy of the video and had to provide my own thumb drive. The tech suggested a solution which would of cost almost $7,000. Much cheaper solution(s) exists. I felt that tech tried to up-sell me on a service that I totally did not need.

Description of Work: I had a clogged bathroom drain. He snaked it which cracked the pipe. Then he stated that he would have to come back in a couple days. An appointment was booked. I had my husband stay at home to wait to let the plumber in. The plumber no call/no showed. Then they called to rebook a day later. The plumber came and gave us an estimate of about $2300 to get it fixed. We told them that we wanted a second opinion. We had Bill Howe Plumbing came out. He snaked and cleared the drain, fixed the cracked pipe, and relaxed our drain plunger for $180. Needless to say, we were glad we got a second opinion.
