I think their price was a little high. I would do more research before I used them again.

They were great. They came in and did the heater cleaning. They did a check of the heater and then had a gadget that checked the carbon monoxide levels and added it too, all of that which cost me $90. Their pricing was average and as a matter of fact; I didn't shop around a lot before I availed their services. I felt it was pretty reasonable to get the carbon monoxide levels checked with a monitor and I thought it may be a step above the middle. They have been very responsive and have done very satisfactory work.

They were prompt. They showed up with the items that they needed. They did what they were supposed to do. The price was a little high.

They were very expensive. Just to re-pipe two toilets he wanted $900.00. I did have him replace the one piece on my toilet but didn't have him do any more work.

We called Anderson Plumbing & Heating to have our furnace replaced. They showed up quickly and provided a quote for the installation. We received a competitive bid from Bill Howe's plumbing/heating which was very similar. The installation went very smoothly and passed inspection.

High quality repair. Very professional. Repaired the leak that was in a hard to access place in the wall, replaced the hot water heater, and replaced the main pressure control valve.

I have used them on two occasions. They are very punctual and are quick with getting the work done, while putting quality work into the job. They have put in a new water heater and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They contacted someone with a doppler for me to find an underground leak. This was highly helpful due to the city charging me an outrageously high water bill. I feel the price was a bit high but reasonable for the work that was completed.

I had about five companies out to check on the problem. I was quite happy with them. The service was great. I was very happy with the repair work they did.

I would highly recommend them they were excellent. The communication was great and everything was neatly done. I would use their services again in the future.

The technician was nice. I think overall they overcharged me for what they did. I didn’t have time to pursue it and contact the owner.

We got several other estimates and Anderson's was the best. The workmen were very friendly and professional. They were thorough and personable and we didn't feel any pressure to buy. Anderson's was very trustworthy and we haven't had any problems with the units. They really went above and beyond our expectations.

Way over priced, the technician took me to the cleaners, $900 for 3 drain cleanings, one he had to take the toilet off. Far to pricey, kept getting called back stating he was on his way but never showed up until 6:30 p.m. Called then around 8:30 a.m. in the morning. Don't use them, you can find someone much more punctual and far less expensive.a new wax ring.

These people are unbelievably outstanding in their service. I enjoyed my interaction with each of the employees.

Mr. Ryan Macleod diagnosed the problem with our furnace and repaired it within 45 minutes of his arrival. He was professional and pleasant. After the repair he checked to make sure the system was operating correctly and made some recommendations to improve the system's performance.

I had a good experience and the service worked fine. The work was good and they were very professional. They were available, which was the important thing. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

The day they came out seemed to go well, they even let me watch the camera to show me the area they thought was a problem. They recommended replacement of the entire plumbing area (no surprise as the house was built in 1958 and had the old cast iron sewer lines). The main expense of their estimate was for the replacement of the main 'clay' line from the clean outs to the city hook up. Estimate was over $4000 for that portion of the job. The video they sent never worked so I got a second opinion from another company. As it turned out their recommendation was done prior to having the main line cleaned and when I had the line re-scoped after having it cleaned the area of concern was actually minor and would not need replacement. My complaint is that I would think that if they had the best interest of their client in mind a more thorough inspection prior to such a major job was called for. They should have recommended that I have the line cleaned and re-scoped themselves. For big jobs I always get a second opinion and as I found out from my second opinion plumbing company, this is a standard step to make sure the job can be done completely and correctly. The second company even recommended a third company to do the cleaning and re-scoping and said they would come out to estimate the job after they had a better understanding of the situation. From the third company I learned that the previous owners had already done extensive and expensive work to the main line and had left the clay portion in place because it was sound. So I wasted money having Anderson plumbing scope a line without having it cleaned.

They did a good job, they were very efficient, and on time. They were helpful as well.

I was extremely happy with the work. I talked to people who had similar services done and my experience was by far the best. They explained everything they were taking out and everything they were putting in. They were very informative and experienced, explaining why they choose to do what they did and how everything worked. Along the way, I knew exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it, which I liked. I was very pleased with what they did. The equipment they used is first rate and the system is top of the line. I would recommend them.
