The technician looked at our water heater. Our heater is older and he was very honest to let us know that a drain and flush could cause some additional problems. I appreciated that he was honest and his explanation as to why it would cause additional problems.

They knew what they were doing and they got it done quickly.

This was them honoring their garantee for previous work done. They had no clean up after their work.

He was very professional and performed the service and did it quickly and left. I would consider getting an estimate from them in the future depending upon what service I need.

We called them after two other plumbers--both sent through our home warranty company--failed to clear a blocked sewer drain. They came out the same evening we called, and were on time. They diagnosed the problem--an infiltrated drain line due to tree roots that the two other plumbers completely missed. Anderson did not leave that evening until the sewer line was unblocked and we were able to use our plumbing. They provided a detailed estimate for their work. Once contracted, they scheduled our service promptly and took care of all of the permits and paperwork with the city (including the paperwork for us to get reimbursed from the city for the backwater valve). They showed up on time each day and were very professional throughout the entire process. They would not leave each evening until they had made sure we were able to use the plumbing. The work took longer than expected but that was due to inclement weather, and not through any fault of Anderson's. We were kept informed at all stages of the process. Everyone we spoke to at Anderson was professional and courteous--they made us feel like valued customers even before we hired them. Overall we were very impressed with our experience and will definitely use them again for all future plumbing needs. In fact, we'll even use them for any A/C needs that may come up!

Technician arrived exactly on time. Did a thorough inspection of my home.

The service was fine. I did not see them a lot but they completed the work. They did a good job and I have no complaints with the service.

They showed up on time. They did everything in a workmanlike manner. They did a good job. I have not had any problems with the sewer line. They were very nice. I would recommend them.

They used a mini see-snake camera to look inside the furnace and lots of mirrors and also detectors to check for carbon monoxide (which ironically did not show up on the home inspection a few weeks prior). I could see the crack. I was told later that SDGE does the same inspection for free - not sure if that is true.

Since I'd used Anderson's for my new heating system in December of 2012 and was favorably impressed with their fair prices and professionalism, I decided to try them for plumbing as well. Because the heating prices had been reasonable, I figured the plumbing prices would be the same. BIG mistake! I should have asked when I made the appointment! The last company that cleared my shower drain charged me $110; Anderson's price for the exact same service was $229! I ended up paying the high price because I didn't have time to reschedule with another company, but I certainly learned my lesson. I will never use Anderson's plumbing services again and I won't recommend them to anyone. When I gasped at the price I was charged and said "This is twice as high as anyone else charges!", the technician (who was very nice, polite, and professional) said "I know. We charge more than anyone else. It's because the company is very big and we have a lot of overhead." This experience soured me on the Anderson company as a whole and I'd be hesitant to recommend them for any services at this point. I spoke favorably about them to my friends after they installed my heating system, but now I'm thinking that this might be a company that lures in customers with good prices at the beginning and then charges them exorbitant prices once they've been snared. I was considering having Anderson's install air conditioning for me, but now I probably won't. In short, DON'T use Anderson's for plumbing! Go somewhere else where reasonable prices are charged.

Overall everything worked fine, for the five years I spent with it. The people I delt with were very nice. I would gave her a 5 star rating. It was top quality eqiupment.

They were on time and got the job done quickly.

They called to cancel the service and then when they came out they said they could not do the service.

No problems. Good instructions on thermostat, cleaned up. Easy.

Good start and completed the job quickly. I was expecting a more through inspection and maybe a written report but he simply glanced and said he didn't see any leaks so everything looked fine. I could have done that!

They came out and did a great job. They said my furnace was in good shape even though it was a little over 20 years old. They gave me an estimate for what it would cost to add A/C, which I didn't do, but the estimate was reasonable. They did a good job and were very professional.

The professional person that cleaned my tankless water heater knew what he was doing. I know how to do the cleaning, but at that time, medical reasons forbid me to do anything. He answered my questions without huffing and puffing about the owner (me) being inquisitive about what was involved and how to do it. most service persons do not like to be asked what and how. He was very well dressed and behaved professionally. The job was done and he (did not) ask if I needed anything else done. I would definitely ask this company to do work at my house again. is

They were supposed to come out right away, but when I called at 5 p.m. they said they couldn't come till 9 p.m. By that time it would be too dark to work in the front yard so I told them to come the next day. They sent someone out and he fixed the broken pipe. The cost was astronomical, but what could I do, it was an emergency. They left a trench in my front yard which my gardener had to fill in. This was because the pipe repair had to dry before the ground could be covered over. Previously, perhaps a year earlier, I had called them to replace the pieces inside two toilet tanks. This is very routine stuff. They did the replacement of parts. The cost was again very, very high--about $800. I should have refused the repair based on that cost, but they were there, and I had taken off work, so I let them do it. Some months later one of the toilets started to run frequently. Eventually I called a handyman and he replaced the tank insides for about $50. I will not use Anderson Plumbing again because they are Sooooo expensive and the workmanship is not all that great.

It was way over priced, plumber was very late and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

Anderson is a very well-run, professional organization. Sevice is very professional and courteous, and timely. I am satisfied in all my dealings with them and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The man checked all electrical connections, cleaned ignighter and flame sensor. Checked gas pressure, Changed air filter. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing.

I was very pleased with this company in every way. Honest and professional.

The technician was polite and even wore shoe covers while in the house. The coupon had stated that a toilet made by Kohler would be installed. I assume that Sterling is a subsidiary of Kohler, but the name on the toilet is Sterling. After the tech left, I noticed that the toilet tank looked crooked, as if not sitting squarely on the bowl, so I made some adjustments to my satisfaction. On closer inspection, I saw that the inside of the tank lid was uneven, as if it was made from an imperfect mold. If I had purchased a toilet myself, I would have chosen one of better quality. When a representative from Andersen called the next day, I told them all of this. They said the toilet is guaranteed for 2 years, so if there is a problem, I will call them.

Everyone with the company was very professional and pleasant to work with.

However the technician left multiple black hand prints on the ceiling and hatch to the attic were heater is located. I contacted company, spoke with 3 different people on 4 different occasions. All were very polite and stated that someone will come and clean up. last person I spoke suggested appointment at 9 am on a business day. I asked for appointment in the evening or weekend, so I will not need to take another day off from work. He said he will call back with another available appointment - before Thanksgiving. Have not happen yet.
