It went well. thought it needed a part but it's no longer in stock and our heater was about nine years old anyway so we decided to get a new heater.

They were prompt and efficient. He was telling that I needed a part which was really expensive or it wasn’t really work. It’s been about 3 years now and now it’s going fine and I didn’t need the part. Because of the Big Deal, it was a good price.

The price was very fair. I'll use them again if I have a problem.

I had a complete heating and air system installed in my 1500 square foot home including all duct work. The entire install took only two days, the crew was friendly, extremely professional, were very cautious not to leave a mess, and overall did a fantastic job. I've needed to have the air flow adjusted a few times, and they will come out and fix it at no cost. I had three bids for this job, and Anderson was in-line with another bid and was higher than the third, which made me question how the third company could do the job for half the cost without cutting corners. Anderson is not the cheapest company, but they do high quality work that is backed by a strong guarantee, and this was not a job I wanted to do on the cheap. You get what you pay for.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. The deal was supposed to be for a hot water heater flush and a whole house plumbing inspection, but I did not feel the need for the whole house inspection so I told him I did not want it. He did offer to do it. I don't have any dislikes: he was professional, informative and took the time to talk with me about water heater replacement. I did not feel like he was pushing to try to sell me on a new water heater, which I thought was good. We talked about the flushing process and the period that it should be done. I think I am more likely to use them now than before because I feel like they conduct their business fairly and don't try to tell me I need a new water heater when I don't need it.

Alex completed all the work in just over an hour. He was meticulous with cleaning up and removing the old heater. And when the inspector from the city arrived (in about 6 weeks) there was one area he felt needed additional work. I called Anderson Plumbing about the discrepancy and Alex was out that same day to adjust what the inspector thought needed to be done. Good job all around! |I paid more than what would be "normal expense" but the repair was performed on a weekend, after midnight and quickly.

The technician tried to trouble shoot it a lot and was able to get it working. I am still having the same issues but it was not their fault. They contacted me to schedule the deal and the technician was on time. I thought the price was reasonable and I was pleased with the service. The technician was very nice and did the best he could.

Their service was good and they were efficient. There was a problem initially with them bringing the proper materials to complete the work. However, I called and they resolved the issue quickly. They called several different times explaining they would not be on time because their trucks had flat tires. They did clean up well and left noting behind.

The service was okay. It was a slow drain and after they left it seemed to be working better. However, several months later I was doing a bathroom remodel and had to have the same drain snaked again.

The guy was great. He actually pointed out something things that I was not aware of. He took his time and explained everything effectively. I have no complaints with the service.

The service was fine and I have no issues with the work. They made sure to wear booties before entering the home. The technician was very clean and personable. I have no complaints with the service.

Way over priced for the work. This company does excellent work, but you can get good service for much less form other vendors.

Once he got here he started recommending other things that needed to be done. We had a 10 year old water heater that he said needed replacing because it passed it's lifetime plus we had a water treatment deal signed with him. The guy that did the work did a fine job. It costed us a great deal of money but in the end the Angie's List deal seemed like a way to try to take advantage of our situation. We ended up spending about $2000. With the water treatment, if we lose power there is a clock in it that does regeneration after 500 gallons of water usage, but it waits until the middle of the night to do the treatment. If you don't go back and reset the timer then when the power comes back it starts counting from there. The instructions they left us with do not explicitly tell us how to reset the clock. A year later we had a guy come out to help us out because the company was to do a follow up of the installation after a year and this guy tries to sell us more services. We've decided that we don't want to do business with them again.

They were amazing. Anderson came out the same DAY we called (and it wasn't an emergency). They sent Jerry, who was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He cleaned out the space where the old water heater was, installed the new one and left everything so neat and clean. He was very patient with our questions, and it was just a terrific experience. We can't recommend them highly enough!

The technician was very professional, he was courteous and on time. He completed the work. and I asked for a quote on replacing a faucet on my patio and I know this is a five minute job and the faucet cost is $15.00.The estimate according to the work sheet his employer provides his rated this small job at over three hundred dollars. With a wrench and some plumbers tape I completed the job myself. A $250.00 plus mark up is unreasonable. I was afraid to ask about any other jobs I might have.

Flushed water heater, checked pressure at regulator, checked other areas in the house that were having low pressure issue.

I did not observe but company has been consistent in past. In future, I suggest observation so that I know for sure that filter was cleaned. it seemed like a short visit.

Tech was great. Showed up on time. Was professional. I cut the drywall for them to save time, but it still cost $500 for 1/2 hour of work. I must have gone into the wrong business. $1000 per hour is pretty good. With the holidays around the corner this really is unfortunate. The kids are going to be bummed, as this drains our extra $$ set aside for the holiday. Althoughthe service was great, I'm not sure if I would use them again. I felt like I couldn't say no to the price because we desperately needed to get the water turned back on. I'm not sure if other companies would have charged the same or not? ****UPDATE**** Kelly Anderson called me and agreed to drop the price down and have one of her drywall guys come and patch the hole. They really made the effort to make sure I was satisfied. I've updated this review accordingly.

He did a good job. I would recommend him.

They did the work well and they were very courteous. I was very pleased with the service. They treated my family with a lot of respect, which I appreciated. They communicated well and gave information about further cleaning.
