I was able to pull up your account to get more information regarding the service call. I see that you called in on July 2nd at 3:29 pm, we scheduled you the next day, July 3rd, for the afternoon- which is 12:00 pm and after. You called in for an ETA at 12:58 pm, and were told you were next in line. The technician arrived to your home at 2:11 pm. I do apologize if this was not soon enough scheduling, I did see that we were booked for the rest of the day on the 2nd. We do have after hour appointments- however we try to reserve those for emergencies. In regards to the technician not addressing the service you called in for, I again apologize that the technician did not possibly communicate better with you. The reason for the suggestion of the filtration system was due to the poor water quality in your home. You stated to the technician that just 5 years previous you had replaced the items he was there to service/replace, it is our responsibility to inform you of the potential for needing them replaced again soon due to the quality of the homes water. The technician did provide an estimate for the items needed, I do understand you were not happy with that estimate price. Per our policy, we provided an up front estimate associated with the service needed. We respect our clients choice to use any company in San Diego, and that not every client finds our pricing suitable for them. I can tell you that we are not the cheapest plumbing company in San Diego, however we are the most reputable. All of our work is inclusive, provided by a licensed, insured, professional & trained up to code technician. We carry the highest warranties in the industry, and back our services/work by 110%.
