The work was fine, but the price was outrageous. The plumbers took a little over two hours to complete their work, and Ricardo the "drain specialist" charged me for a full day or $1,918. I challenged the price and Ricardo reduced it to $977. I said this was still too much for a couple of hours work and agreed to pay $635 (2 plumbers for 3 hours @ $100/hour + parts) The next day I got a call from Kyle Anderson, service manager and he agreed to the $635 offer. This was clearly a rip-off. Customers don't know how long a plumbing job will take and this company takes advantage of it, estimating at over five times the actual cost. Actually, I still paid too much as one plumber was an apprentice and just watched the journeymen plumber. I should have just paid for one plumber at about $250. This is generous, as I'm pretty sure they don't pay them $100/hour. To their credit they agreed to a negotiated price, but I'll never use this dishonest company again.

The plumber was everything that was professional. He had to work very hard in order to unclog the drains and suggested the 1950 drains be replaced more contemporary and safe piping. He took great care in installing the new bathroom sink with absolutely no damage to the tile floor. The young man who came to repair the hole in the hole in the kitchen was as careful as the plumber with, again, no damage to the beneath kitchen sink cabinet. I would recommend this company to any and all.

Service technician arrived within 30 minutes from the time that we were called (approx. 4:45pm). We were told that technician would arrive between 1 and 5. We were not expecting the technician to arrive @ 5:15pm and start the work @ 5:30pm. The water had to be shut off and it was really an inconvenient location and time of day (in the kitchen @ dinner time). The cost of the work was extremely costly based on what needed to be done and for that reason alone we will not use Anderson Plumbing in the future. They have flat rate pricing and cost does not fluctuate based on the amount of time spent or service difficulty. The technician was friendly and polite. The job was well done. It was completed by 6:30pm.

Dave the technician was very professional and informative about the repairs needed. He completed them promptly and at a reasonable price.

Very easy to make an appointment. Tech arrived within designated time window. Office called 30 minutes prior as promised. Tech was friendly, courteous, and professional. Turned out to be a very simple problem. Tech did not try to up sell.

We have been absolutely thrilled with them. They compared even to a couple of other people on your List and we had them give estimates and that sort of thing and these people were just really good. I know we had a capacitor blow out and we had somebody replace that but then he told us that that thing wasn't going to last too long and that's when we started looking. They were great. They did everything exactly on time and did what they said they were going to do. They stuck with the estimate. It isn't any of the, here is your estimate and then oops, we had to do this, that and the other thing. It was perfect. One of the supervisors was there to help with the job so there wasn't any weird stuff going on at all. They just did a really great job. I have already recommended them to several people. I am kind of hesitant to give A's to anybody because they can always improve but I can't think of anything really that they could improve that they did, so I guess I'd probably go ahead and say A. We did a lot of comparison. I called about 5 different people and a lot of people were trying to put in...I know what the capacity requirements for the place where and at least one person tried to tell me we needed about twice the size of the air conditioner that we really needed. They didn't come out sounding like used car salesmen. They didn't leave any mess. They even put rocks to hold back some of the tubing because I had to get under there to fix a pinhole in a water pipe. After they were done, they even raked that stuff too. I have actually had him call me and double check to make sure everything is okay a couple of times now since we had it put in and it has been less than a year. If I had any problems, I have no doubt he will be out here. The guy that gave the estimate was definitely very professional about it. He gave me a written estimate. I had somebody else that kind of did a seat of the pants estimate.

They were absolutely great. It was very good. They had a lot of workers and they were very polite and knowledgeable.

video was done exhaustively, we now have a good idea of the old drain areas and their state. we can plan for fixing these now.

They tried to see me an elite service that cost 180 dollars more for a reduced rate in the future. I feel raped.

The service was picture perfect. They showed up on time, listened to my concerns, assessed the concerns, gave recommendations, gave an exact quote, and did the job perfectly and timely. The even gave me a free part that I needed for another sink that was not in the scope of work, which ended up resolving another issue we had. I was so impressed with the service all the way from the initial phone call to when their truck pulled away. A+

They were great. They were on time, hard working, and a pleasure to have around.

Initial call made on Friday before holiday weekend, with appointment made for following Wed at my request. George arrived on time, entered my home, with booties on, and was totally polite and courteous the entire time. He explained what the problem was caused by and the best way to repair. He was quick, knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything as he went along without the usual condescending manner, I normally get at age 82, from sales people and servicemen. At the end of the service call, he told me of the 5 year warranty service and all it covered. I would feel very confident in referring this man and company to any friend of mine.

UPDATEl: As previously mentioned, the installation was done with a lot of professionalism and quality. The problem we had was after services were provided, failing to receive the updates we requested. Thankfully, Anderson has lived up to its name and followed through after our complaint with their management. Dave, manager, personally called and apologized for the missed follow ups. He also came to our home and followed through with the updates and went above and beyond to provide solutions and satisfaction. After the attention, we would definitely return to Anderson for any of our plumbing/ac needs. The installation when good, there was an issue with the paper work with the hero program sense the load higher that the cost of the work, the adviser Ryan told me that everything should be good that was not the case I had to gave him multiple calls, text and call his manager after all a couple of weeks they were able to give a check with the difference plus interest. Now I'm at the same point with the SDGE rebate, still haven't receive it, try contacting the adviser to verified that the did submitted the application but haven't heard from him. Great service on the installation.

Leak developed in attic pipes on Friday. (We could hear a drip.) They were able to get here Saturday morning and do the repair. The plumber was professional, courteous, and seemed quite competent. The price was discounted based on a VIP membership. The membership also covers annual maintenance for gas furnace, central air unit, and hot water heater, so that seemed reasonable overall. Since I didn't get multiple estimates, I don't know if it is a good price, but I certainly found it acceptable, especially for a Saturday on short notice with no running water in the house. Everyone I interacted with at Anderson was efficient and pleasant to deal with. No issues, no problems, all is well.

I was very pleased. Fast, efficient service.

Everything went well. George looked at all the plumbing and reviewed the status of each element with me. He fixed the stopper in the upstairs bath, even though that was not part of the Big Deal.

We did do the service for the big deal purchased on March 1st for 49 dollars for a furnace and an air conditioner tune up. There were additional charges other than the 49 dollars big deal price. On inspection they found something with something and it cost us 200 and some dollars for whatever repairs they did. I thought that it was kind of a bait and swap thing. It needed to be done then it needed to be done. We were told that it could be a fire warning or a fire problem. The furnace and air has been running fine since then. Overall I would rate them something in the middle. He did find something that he said needed attention and that could be very legitimate. The responsiveness was okay. The punctuality was okay. I probably will not use the provider again in the future.

Anderson plumber read my review and saw that I was unsatisfied with certain aspects of the job's pricing. They had no issues refunding some of my money and were a pleasure to work with. How often does that happen? The plumber calls YOU and asks what they can do to make it right AFTER they already have your check...Well Anderson Plumbing did. PS - They also ended up finding a corroded pipe that probably would have caused a flood in 6-9 months if unattained. Thanks for helping me out and for excellent customer service.

Technician was more concerned about lecturing me about how I should have protected unit from water, rather than focusing on immediately fixing the problem. Also, while I did not immediately need a replacement unit, I likely would not have purchased a unit from Anderson, as they offer only generic brands (no Rheem/Whirlpool/GE).

They charged about twice as much I expected. They were professional and they were good at what they did, but they were a lot pricier than expected.

They did a fantastic job! Communication was excellent and they finished on time. Would highly recommend Anderson for a Repipe!

The service was very good. One plumber came out and it took him about 4 to 5 hours to complete the job. I would say they did very good work, showed up on time, cleaned up when done and there was no debris left behind. I read about them on the web and it seemed like they would do a good job. They called me before they arrived and they showed up as scheduled.

It was good that the company was responsive on the phone, and that they were able to send someone out to help me on a Saturday. However, the plumber that came could not fix the drain problem after spending some time working on it with his equipment. He recommended that I request a camera inspection before doing anything else. I had a coupon for a free service call, and he said that this was not applicable, even though at the start, I was told that I could use the coupon. The coupon was from my Angie's List booklet. He told me that I could use it for another visit. So I had to pay $42, even though the problem was not fixed. I later did get a call back about a camera inspection, but the camera inspector never called me back after that to set-up a appointment. In the meantime, a friend of mine was able to clear the drain with some heavy duty drain cleaner from Home Depot. A month later, it is still o.k. After I posted the information above on the Angie's List website, a company representative called me and apologized for the errors, and refunded my payment in full, and scheduled a camera inspection on 3/7/15. The camera inspector came and did a very thorough job of surveilling the problem, both using his camera, as well as by inspecting the drain pipes under the house. He explained his assessment of the problem, and provided me with some options and estimates on how to fix the problems. I felt that the responsiveness of the company by phone and with the camera inspection was quite good once they realized that I had experienced some problems as outlined in the first paragraph above, so overall I provide a good rating.

Anderson called to explain why couldn't do the inspection and offered a credit of future work, a nice gesture .
