Excellent.
Description of Work: Minor toilet rebuild. Very well done. Friendly and professional. I only had the prices that 'all' plumbing companies charge. Seems out of line. But I'd rather choose a bonded company with a warranty than take my chances on a cheaper plumber.

Description of Work: This is the 3rd and probably last time I'll use Anderson. I love their service but their prices are almost criminal. i felt like they way overcharged me for parts to fix my furnace. $1200 for an inductor motor and ignitor. 2hrs of labor. Probably should have cost half that amount. Everything else was good but i kind if feel like I just got taken. def will look somewhere else next time.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction and we will make sure that happens. A bit of information for potential customers on our pricing: we offer a lifetime guarantee on A/C or furnace parts. That means for ever. If we install a part and it fails at 2:00am, 10 years later, we will be there make the repair and warm up his family immediately, true 24 hr svc, 7 days per wk. We carry 2 mil in liability insurance. When you work with water, fire and electricity, you had better make sure you have proper coverage for any situation. Our trucks are fully stocked. We carry thousands of dollars in parts so 99% of the time we can fix your repair right then and there. No return appointments. I can provide more specific benefits to any potential. Description of Work: We called Anderson plumbing to come install a new water heater, because our had gone out. They were nice on the phone, and we had them do some work on a rental property once before. However, they would not give a price for the water heater without us having an appointment. It was a little difficult because we were without a water heater, and somewhat at their mercy. I was worried about waiting the 3 - 4 hour time frame, having them come and then not being happy with the price. I called another plumber from Angie's list and we picked the exact water heater and they gave us an exact price over the phone - down to every detail what it would cost. I chose the second plumber and we were very happy with them.

Their prices are too expensive.
Description of Work: I called for a leak under my kitchen sink and that repair was done quickly and cost only $42. But the serviceman told me I need a new water pressure regulator and gave me an estimate of $550. I called Bill Howe Plumbing and they put one in for $255. Anderson always tries to get me to put in something else when they come to my house...water heater last time.

Thank you so much for your comments. I’m glad we were able to take care of the leak under your sink quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price. I also thank you for the A’s in punctuality, professionalism and professionalism. Those comments mean allot to me as a business owner. As for the water pressure regulator before I could comment on price I would need to see what type of water pressure regulator was installed and how that compares to the water pressure regulators we use. As with almost any kind of product there are various quality pressure regulators on the market. Some water pressure regulators are plastic. Ours are solid brass, have an inline filter and have an attached gauge so you will always know what your water pressure is. Because we back any kind of installation with some of the best guarantees in our industry, we use the highest quality product that we can obtain. I’d like to know the size they installed as well for price comparison. Please understand, I’m not saying what you received is a lower quality, I’m just saying I need a little more information before I can comment. I am very glad to hear you did follow our technician’s advice and replaced your regulator. The pressure was over 100PSI, (pounds per square inch). Having high water pressure is similar to having high blood pressure. The first thing the doctor does is check your blood pressure since so many diseases are caused by high blood pressure. Same with plumbing, the first thing any good plumber should do is to check your water pressure. Many plumbing problems stem from high water pressure and it can ruin many different parts in your plumbing system. Also after each visit with our customers, we call the customer to make sure they were satisfied with the call. In this case it looks like we left a voice mail. I would really appreciate a call. Horrible experience
Description of Work: Way overpriced on work performed 625 for freon and sealant. Then they quoted us 925.00 for a blower motor where elsewhere it is only 400.00 Run dont walk to another provider. We will never use them again as we feel they tried to price gouge us.

I want to thank this customer who took his time to share his opinion of our company. Even bad news is greatly appreciated. It is the only way we can continue to improve our business practices. Without our customers input we could not achieve our ultimate company goals of 100% customer satisfaction and becoming the best service provider in our region. In response, this last year thousands of service companies closed their doors. The number one reason sited for these closures was “pricing was not adequate to sustain expenses incurred”. Even though it may be counter intuitive, we owe it to our customers to be priced correctly. We have been in business for 30 years and we intend to be in business for another 30. I do want to take issue with the comment about being dishonest. I do not think someone should be able to make those comments with impunity, and in fact view it as somewhat of a “libelous statement”. Every customer knows exactly what it is going to cost prior to any work being done. The reason is so that the customer has the opportunity to say yes or no to the price. We have been a finalist 5 our of 7 years for the Torch Award for Business Ethics. Ethics and honesty are major values in our company. I feel so strongly about these values that I will not let comments about our honesty go unchallenged. In this case the customer was given a discount on services performed and he agreed to our pricing prior to any work was performed. Our pricing is based off of over 10 years of accumulated job costs and we believe they are fair and reasonable. Some tasks can be higher and in some cases we have been lower, and in other cases we are about the same. Frankly we will never be the “low cost plumber” or the “low cost heating and air conditioning company”. We do take great pride in providing value for the dollar spent. Our guarantee to you is that we will complete our work to your complete satisfaction or we will give you 100% of your money back. All pricing is give up front before any work is performed. Once the price is given we will not add any costs regardless of complications that may arise. I think any body reading this will agree, that “leaves us pretty wide open.” But the number one thing it does is make sure you receive the value promised for the money spent. Description of Work: Fernando came to our home to complete a three part job. First he had to remove two toilets and a pedestal sink so that our floors could be replaced. Next he came back to replace one toilet and a few days later, we called him to replace the second toilet and the pedestal sink. While he was here we asked him to replace the kitchen facet. He was very punctual, even on short notice. I was very pleased that I had the same service plumper each time. He was very clean and professional. I found the price to be a little steep. Even though I was pleased with the service, next time I will shop around for a better price.
