+ -1 moreThe experience has been very good. I have used them for about 15 years. Their price is very reasonable. They are quick and efficient. Although they have had to miss appointments, they don’t intend to miss them. They try to get out and do the best they can. They have kept us on alert about anything that we need to know about termites. Their quality of service is very good.
Description of Work: I use Algon Exterminating Co Inc for mostly termites and ants. They keep all of them down, and then if we have a problem, we call, and they send somebody out to look at it and take care of it. I am on a yearly service plan with them which costs about $262 a year.

+ -1 moreThey are really good. I have got eight units that I am managing right now and they are coming out on Monday to check an issue that I have.
Description of Work: I use Algon Exterminating Company for pest control. I have an annual contract with them. They come out and do an annual inspection and treating as necessary.

+ -1 moreI WAS SOMEWHAT SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. I USED THEM FOR OVER A YEAR'S TIME. THE BUGS SEEMED TO BE UNDER CONTROL. ALTHOUGH, I STILL DID GET ANTS AT A CERTAIN TIME OF THE YEAR. A FEW TIMES I HAD TO DEAL WITH ONE EMPLOYEE AND HE WAS LACKING IN THE MANNERS DEPARTMENT. HE WAS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS. HE WAS A BIT RUDE.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY PERFORMED QUARTERLY EXTERMINATING AT MY HOME. THEY WOULD SPRAY THE EXTERIOR AND THE INTERIOR TO GET RID OF ANTS AND OTHER BUGS.

+ -1 moreALGON HAS BEEN A GOOD COMPANY AND I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. WHENEVER I HAVE A PROBLEM THEY COME OUT RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE ANIMALS AND WHAT TYPE OF SPRAY THEY WILL USE TO KEEP THEM SAFE ALSO. ALGON HAS BEEN VERY RELIABLE.
Description of Work: ALGON WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME 10 YEARS AGO WHEN I MOVED TO ALPINE. MY NEIGHBORS TWO DOORS DOWN SAID "GIVE THEM A TRY. THEY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB FOR US." SO I CALLED. THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT. THEY COME EVERY QUARTER TO SPRAY AND IT REALLY HELPS KEEP DOWN THE BUGS.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE GOOD PRICES AND WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND IN OUR TIME FRAME. WE CONTACTED THEM ON TUESDAY AND THEY WERE OUT ON FRIDAY TO START THE TENTING. THEY WERE TO BE DONE ON SUNDAY, BUT ACTUALLY CAME BACK ON SATURDAY AND TOOK OFF THE TENT. WE THEN HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY FOR THE INSPECTOR TO GIVE THE ALL CLEAR. VERY SMOOTH TRANSACTION.
Description of Work: WE HAD THE HOUSE TENTED FOR TERMITES. THEY CAME OUT AND WRAPPED THE HOUSE WITH THE PLASTIC TENTS AND GASSED IT.
