Description of Work: Called to get a quote on a new furnace. Rep came out the next day and asked us questions regarding our usage of our heater and advised us on what type of furnace we needed to fit our needs. A few days later we got a very detailed and professional bid. Installers arrived on time and had the new unit installed quickly without any problems. They did everything as outlined in the quote. I will definitely use Airmaxx for future Hvac needs.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace & a.c. in attic, replaced all ducts, brought everything up to code, removed old equipment & ducting. Gene is very knowledgeable & professional, and the crew doing the installation did a great job.

Description of Work: Air conditioning was pumping water all over carpet, then quit working. One of the hottest days of the year. This was the only company contacted that could get there the next day-turns out we had used them 2 years before. The problem was fixed quickly, cheaply and we will call them whenever we need a/c service again.

Description of Work: Our A/C would only run for 10 minutes and then completely shut off... This was after my husband diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitor. I called airmaxx to send a technician to check things out and within a few minutes let us know there were no problems and also gave out entire system a look. Gave us good news and our system is up and running... Thankfully during 100+ degree weather. Charged us the agreed upon $49 fee and no weekend or overtime charges. They arrived the same day we called, which was amazing since 8 other companies were either too busy, charged too much, or didn't even return our call. Thank you Airmaxx, you'll be the first company we call in the future!

Description of Work: A/C installation. George the representative from Airmaxx was very professional and prompt in responding and following up on the work completed. He was quick to respond to my concerns and made the necessary corrections. To me it's not that the installation had some concern, but how Airmaxx responded to my concern. George went out of his way to see that the job was done right and finalized to our satisfaction. Thank you George! We will definitely use Airmaxx for any future heater/A/C work.

Description of Work: I called Airmaxx to evaluate a loud oscillating noise coming from my air conditioner. The technician "Vlad" identified the problem as a faulty capacitor and replaced it as well as serviced the unit per my request (recharged freon) and inspected the furnace. He answered all my questions in a polite and friendly manner. | |About two weeks later a heatwave hit which required use of the air conditioner. All worked well for 3 days then on the 4th day airflow seemed slow and house was not cooling as expected. I called Airmaxx again and they sent Vlad out again to recheck my system. He tested the AC and all was functioning normally so no further work performed. He asked me to call back if I notice this same problem..."Please call us if you have any issues, we guarantee our work." Overall experience was positive.

Description of Work: They were fantastic. Our AC broke during a heat wave on Labor Day weekend. We have dogs that cannot breathe in the heat and it was an urgent matter to get things checked out. They sent someone out that day! Unfortunately the unit as dead. They were able to work past this exact same issue 2 years prior but this time it was No Go. The entire system had to be replaced. They were very helpful picking out what we needed. They got it ordered and installed 2 days later. Thankfully the heat broke after the first day. The install job was quick and done right the first time. Our Electric Bills have been much lower since replacing the unit. They are the ONLY company we will ever use.

Description of Work: During record breaking heat the A/C started blowing hot air. Due to the company description of 24/7 I called on Friday evening and left a message to call back ASAP. NO call. I called again on Saturday and got voicemail again. On Saturday, since I waited for a call back from this company and should have called several service providers on Friday evening, all the providers who do work on Saturday were booked, with one commenting you should have called last night we could had a few appointments left. .

Description of Work: I don't have the receipt with me but I recall requesting that I BE PRESENT BEFORE the work was started and AFTER I had approved the estimate. Never happened. The guy put in a 29.00 wire in the thermostat control claiming it was old AFTER speaking to the tenants of my rental and scaring them. I paid about $200.00 for the wire and a look at the furnace. Unhappy about the whole experience.

Description of Work: I called to diagnose/perform maintenance on my ac/heating unit that has not worked properly in a year and had not been serviced in 10+ years. Sergio arrived on time and was able to quickly find and fix the problems (replaced transformer and correct wiring). He then recharged my system to get to lowest cooling temp and replaced the filter. The cost appeared reasonable and no attempt to sell me any additional service was made. He performed the task to make it work correctly. He spent about 1 1/2 hrs total on my system.

Description of Work: I had both the A/C and furnace serviced. The tech was very polite and pleasant. I just wish he had new filters to replace the old ones.
