They cleaned everything up afterwards. They were reliable and prompt. They only took two days to finish the job and they were very friendly.

I don't remember exactly how I found them but I did find a $200 coupon. The technician that came out said we needed to get a part replaced, but he suggested that we replace the entire thing because of the age of the furnace. He told me what he could do it for. The furnace was very loud and I asked him to come back. I left a key and the coupon that I had forgotten to previously use. I left a note asking the technician if they could honor it, with no response. I sent an email on March 3, 2011 and I then talked the CEO of the company on March 5 about it as well and he said he would call me back within a week. This has been a couple months ago and I still haven't heard back from them.

Frankly, I found the rep to be condesending in his questions and attemps to get detailed information from me about contractor quotes that we were given for a larger remodel. Also, one option that was never offered was to use the existing furnace that was a high end model, and relatively new. The contractor that we ended up using suspected that the unit could simply be turned on its side and relocated. Needless to say, that was a much more economical alternative.

Alex seemed truly empathetic to my furnace replacement woes and took the extra time to assist my analysis of whether or not I was given a bad deal from another provider. Turns out I could have saved 6 or 700 hundred dollars through him and with better a quality product, since he was the second person to confirm that I had the bottom of the line in quality. His warranties far out-distanced what I got, too. Oh well, I'll do better next time! I'd truly recommend getting an estimate from these folks before calling anywhere else!

Professional consultant/salesman helped me with my choices. Exceptionally good quote. But a few days after I indicated my intent to contract, the salesman called to apologize for a mistaken quote, and requoted for $700 more. He claimed that he had inadvertently left an item out. In spite of this, the new quote was still better than the competition, and I contracted with them. The installation went smoothly, and the installers were very professional. They were flexible, and could accommodate my desire to move things around compared to the original installation. Overall, I was very pleased with them.

Withing the first few minutes, their technician correctly diagnosed the problem to simply be a blocked exhaust vent; which was trivial to repair. The job was done and he was gone within 15 minutes; and they only charged me their minimum show up fee of $49.99! Thanks.

The overall experience from estimate to installation was excellent.They completed the job in one day, as promised. All of the personnel were efficient and pleasant and the cost was significantly less than competing bids and they were able to do the entire job whereas others required us to contact separate contractors for portions of the job. Everything went pretty well. They started at 8 am in the morning and finished about 6 pm that evening. They had 2 crews at the house to complete the job in one day. I did have cheaper quotes but decided we wanted the name brand (Carrier) heater and AC.
