+ -1 moreThey didn't clean the drains like I wanted.They came out and did a scope on the drains and said I didn't need the cleaning. I gave a overall grade of a C due to the work done not being what I expected.
Description of Work: They were called out to do drain cleaning.

Description of Work: Installed a new water heater in a condo that I own and rent. My renters phoned Affordable's number that was on a sticker on the leaking water heater, and were frantic to stop the leak. This company took advantage of the situation and charged me at least double and maybe triple what the job should have cost. Watch out for this outfit!

water heater repair
+ -1 moreI was helping my friend to find someone to fix her water heater. They did the work. The price was high. I got a quote from another company for $700. The price was outrageous. I would not use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Affordable Plumbing to get the water heater replaced. They did the work about three weeks ago or a month ago.

+ -1 moreTo their credit, the owner did try to help me solve the problem over the phone first. When the repairman came he knew immediately what caused the leak I had, the faucet. He replaced the faucet with a new one in just a few minutes. Worker was pleasant and knowledgeable. I liked the service. My only problem was that the repairman way overstated the retail cost of the new faucet he brought and installed. He said it would cost at least $150.00 in a store. I later found it under $100 in my local (nondiscount) store. I was pleased with the service but not the price. Check that out first. Then you should be ok.

Description of Work: I HAD LEAKS IN MY KITCHEN SINK AS WELL AS THE BATHROOM SINK. THEY CAME OUT AND REPAIRED THE LEAKS.
