Erik is very professional and timely. I called and left a message and he returned my call within a couple of hours. My daughter had a pretty bad leak in her roof that came out of nowhere. He empathized with my sense of urgency and assured me he would try to get to me as soon as he could as he had quite a few leaks calls after the rainstorm. He came bright and early the following morning. He got right to work. He went and purchased a tile to match our roof. He and his assistant repaired the leak and replaced the broken tile. He also took photos. He was not cheap but sometimes you have to pay for good work. His professionalism and prompt response to a stressful leak were greatly appreciated. If you have a leak, I would call Erik. He will definitely get the job done in an expeditious manner.

Erik and his crew were fantastic! They responded quick and got the repairs done right before the next storm came. I highly recommend them and would hire them again. They provided pictures of before, during and after the project.

Professional, timely, courteous. Did exactly what they said they would and completed job in one day. Took before and after photos of all the roof repairs. Good follow up at every stage of project from initial bid to final completion of job. Will use them again in the future for any roofing needs!

Charged too much for the little work completed

Erik at Advanced Roofleak Solutions came on a Sunday afternoon to start my repair, and by Monday evening the job was complete!

Erik and Advanced Roofleak Solutions were superb from beginning to end. They provided a timely and clear quote for the repair work. Once the contract was signed, Erik told us exactly when the work would commence. His team had to work hard and under difficult conditions (it was extremely hot during that period). They were always punctual and progress was steady through the process. Erik's team discovered a couple of additional repairs to take care of, and did so at very reasonable cost. There were no surprises and a final invoice contained exactly what was agreed to, and was completed. These guys do everything right. I would not hesitate for a second to hire them again.

I had a major flashing problem plus leaks and potential leaks on roof dormers and vents. Eric's price was competitive, his guarantee the best I saw offered, and his work was excellent. He even came Christmas eve, knowing it would rain the next day. I would call him again if I had another roof repair.
