ADMIRAL GLASS

It started off great BUT was not a good overall experience. Shawn came immediately to measure and give me an estimate. He told me I'd have the window pane replaced within a week. (We were putting our house on the market and working within a deadline.) I was impressed because other glass companies wouldn't even come measure but told me I had to bring the window in. The trouble came when I did not get a call back telling me the dual-pane WOULD NOT BE installed within a week. In fact, I never got a call back from anyone at Admiral. I called them 4-5 times over a 15 day period. Finally, I was told the unit had arrived and Shawn would install it the following day. Shawn arrived promptly and installed it beautifully. However, when I asked him why the service had been so poor, he made excuses about the manufacturer and the fact that he and his coworkers were overworked and understaffed. Maybe this is just all par for modern service in general. I have no idea if the price is fair because I couldn't even get other glass companies to come out and give me an estimate. The product and installation are beautiful. The service was not.

ONCE WE GOT THEM TO COME OUT TO OUR HOME FOR THE MEASURING AND THEN AGAIN FOR THE INSTALLATION IT WAS GREAT. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXACT MEASURING AND INSTALLATION, BUT THEY WERE VERY BAD ABOUT GETTING TO OUR HOME ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE.

NEEDED WINDOWS REPAIRED AND THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LATE IN THE DAY, THEY DID THEIR BEST TO HAVE IT DONE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
