Description of Work: My drip system was not working properly - going off at the wrong times or not at all. Tom quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new clock, and made sure I knew how to program it.

Description of Work: He replaced several broken lights in the backyard around the plants and trees as well as tons of drip cables that bunnies had chewed through. | |I will always use his services. Sometimes we need to reschedule, but I don't mind because he does a great job and explains what needs to be done and if he can find replacement parts instead of me having to buy a whole new light, for example, he will let me know so I have a choice. He's not one of those "slick" salesmen...he's a just a regular, hard working guy who loves what he does. | |Last year he helped me design and replace all the drip pieces around the yard |for more efficient watering.

Description of Work: Follow up from work provided a week ago. Ground still saturated with water before repaired by Tom. Kept in communication with me throughout the week, including day before and day of reminders. Arranged to return next week or so to let it dry. Gave helpful tips to aid the process for existing plants. Will definitely use him for future projects. Very nice guy, too.

Description of Work: He called me back within 2 hours and asked me about my problem with my sprinklers. It turned out to be a easy fix I could do myself, just needed to replace some gaskets. He told me where I could purchase the parts And the best part, it cost me nothing for his advice !. I am going to make an appointment with him for a full onsite maintenance check-up for the future to make sure everything is up to par. He is a very nice and professional expert. I would recommend him to my friends.
