+ -1 moreTHE WORK THAT THIS COMPANY PROVIDED WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. THE WORKERS WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. THEY EVEN CAME BACK FOR A SERVICE CALL WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
Description of Work: TWO AIR CONDITIONERS WERE PURCHASED AND INSTALLED BY THIS COMPANY. DUCTS AND WIRING WERE ALSO REPLACED.

+ -1 moreWHEN THEY FIRST CAME, I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED, BUT THEY GUARANTEED THEIR WORK AND MAKE A POINT TO CALL ME WHEN IT IS TIME TO CHANGE THE FILTERS. WHEN I TOLD THEM I WANTED A DIGITAL THERMOSTAT, THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM, AND THEY CAME WITH IN DAYS TO CHANGE IT OUT FOR ME.
Description of Work: I HAD THEM COME IN AND REPLACE MY THERMOSTAT TO A DIGITAL ONE. I ALSO HAVE THEM COME IN TWICE A YEAR TO CHECK MY AIR CONDITIONER AND HEATING FOR ANY LEAKS, AND REPLACE THE FILTERS.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT ON THE SAME DAY WE CALLED WITH OUR PROBLEM. HE WAS ON TIME, NEAT IN APPEARANCE, AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. WHEN IT LEAKED AGAIN THE NEXT TIME WE USED IT, A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER, THEY SENT SOMEONE OVER WITHIN 20 MIN AND HE RECLEANED THE PLUGGED DRAIN AND PRONOUNCED IT GOOD TO GO.
Description of Work: FIXED WATER LEAK IN CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM.
