From start to finish Ehab was a pro. Took the time to listen to my concerns, was very communicative throughout the whole process and far exceeded my turn around time to draw up my plans and get them submitted to my city planners. Ehabe was also on time for all meetings.

We were selling our home and had a home inspector tell us that we needed a structural engineer to look at a beam in our attic. We were fortunate to find Mr. Mina at Alpha Omega, who immediately scheduled a same-day appointment and did the inspection. He explained what he did and discussed his recommendations with us. We appreciated that he took the time to ensure we understood what needed to be done. He made a difficult situation more bearable. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a professional structural engineer.

Ehad prepared structural plans to enlarge the kitchen entry door. Since this was a load bearing wall the structural plans was submitted to the county for a permit. Permit was granted. Would recommend his services and price.

Over the past several months, we have had various cracks in the ceiling appear. We decided to hire a structural engineer to do an evaluation to determine the cause, before the situation continued. Ehab was able to come out the same day I called--I was working from home, so this was very convenient for me. Ehab has extremely professional, took his time to evaluate the situation and was very patient in explaining to me what the issues/options were. We were relieved to learn that it was not as bad as we thought and we now have options to move forward to prevent further cracks. His rate was extremely reasonable and well worth the knowledge of what we had going on. I would recommend Alpha Omega without reservation! I would give 10 stars, if available!

Developed several wall cracks in a room addition. Ehab assured me the structure was safe and how to repair it. Knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend him.

I hired Ehab to complete the complete structural analysis and drawings for a propane tank installation. Ehab was quick to take on the project and went above and beyond to assist me in dealing with the bureaucratic red tape I was put through in getting my project approved with the city. I would never have gotten the project approved without Ehabs due diligence and knowing how to get the project approved. He knew exactly what to do and provided more work than what he initially signed up for. He has integrity and I would recommend him to anyone. I will definetly be using his services again in the future.

I spoke with Ehab Mina with the intent to hire him to review structural issues on a future project. He was extremely honest and ethical and told me I didn’t need to hire him. He proceeded to give me feedback on a host of issues and helped me to understand the range of solutions, including recommendations. I’ve put him in my to call list for projects. He was ethical, patient and helpful when he didn’t need to be. I’d work with him again.

He is extremely careless and slow. it took me over 2 1/2 years, and still he did not applied fro my house blue print to get city building permit. I wish i did not hired him. paid a partial payment to him up-front for a structural engineer plan that I need for the city. He started on it and had a hard time figuring out what was needed. He would not take initiative and call me with status updates. I had to call him to find out the status and he always had an excuse. He has not followed up with me to get the job done. It has been 4 months and haven't heard anything in the last 2 months from Ehab. At this point I will need to hire a different competent engineer. Very poor communication and follow-through.
