The company did a good job on the plans thus far, the job is not complete. The customer service end was/is lacking, no responses on emails or calls for at least 48+ hours, which is unacceptable. To chase around an architect for status on a job is not professional. I would recommend him for his work and pricing, need to work on communication attitude and correspondence which Is huge in any business.

We contacted Mr. Mina at Alpha Omega and informed him we needed an engineers report covering certain areas of the home we were refinancing. We informed him we would not be ready for several weeks. We contacted him and he completed the inspection we needed within 48 hours and had the report to the mortgage company within 48 hours. Mr. Mina was very professional and I would highly recommend him.
