Manny got the job done! They were prompt, worked hard, and did an excellent job. Five Stars in all areas.

Manny was extremely professional and on time with everything. He did what he said and then some. He even helped me deal with an unruly neighbor that was truly testing both of our patience. He also had the best price. He knocked it out of the park in my opinion and I would gladly hire him again.

The work was very good and the details were handled as we had discussed. Would've beed a 5 instead of 4.5 with a little better attention to the clean-up after the job. Value for Money: I thought the price was very fair - gave it a 4.5 because I didn't seek any other bids for the job.

I like the way they work on my block wall. they done a great job, to me they were very proffessional, job done perfectly, I cannot complain at all. Even my neighbor they told me they done great we're both happy. Gaspy of Buena Park.

Initial estimate didn't change when the project size was cut nearly in half. Didn't return my calls for days at a time. Owner, Manny, said the original estimate was too low, and final cost would be more (for approx. 1/2 of original job size!). Owner also didn't return my calls for days. I backed out. He agreed over phone to return my 10% deposit, but never did. When I called about it he claimed he didn't have my address (his employee and himself had both been to the property!) I gave address to him again. 2 weeks later, still no refund!!!

They did a fantastic job! His workers take great pride in their work at it shows. They always respected that the project was my home. Our experience with Exotic Waterworlds was great and yours will be too.

He has done 3 pools for me. He gives a quote for the work, is fast, gets the work done on time or a bit before. His crew is very good.
