It was great. He came out and was very professional with the job he did. We had discussions the entire time he was doing the job and kept us well informed. He stayed within our budget and stayed within our price range. Truly a diamond in the rough. He started and finished in a timely manner and within the time we agreed upon. Everything went smoothly and great. I highly recommend him!

Mr. Foster was on time, professional and very precise in his estimate and explanation. He gave me a CD presentation to review of his companies history, background and a pictorial of completed jobs they have performed. Great marketing tool.

Our experience with this company was strange. Due to favorable reviews, we called and a very friendly gentleman came out. Gave us his card, and also a CD with Advanced Solutions on it that was supposed to contain more info regarding this company. He took measurements, we discussed various design issues, he gave us some tips, then he left saying he would email us the estimate in a few days. Then we never heard from him. I emailed him, the address on the business card, and it was returned automatically, unable to send. I went to the website to get a new email address (there was a different one) and that too I was unable to send email. I plugged in the CD to watch it, and the computer refused to play it. So... he never got back to me, and despite having his business card and the info from the website, I was completely unable to reach this company. So I went with another.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. We had an idea of what we wanted but had a lot of questions. Ray Foster met with us answererd all of our questions and even gave us some great ideas. He is very professional and extrememly knowledgeable. His workers were always on time, very neat and never made me feel comfortable. I would definetly use Advance Solutuions again and refer my friends.

We were looking to remodel the bathrooms as a face lift for my mother's home before she put her home on the market. They were worn down and dated. Ray came on a Saturday morning to give my mom and I an estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through the steps his company would take to update the bathrooms. He encouraged us to seek additional estimates, which we did. We felt Ray and his team were the best suited for this job. Ray took us to Arizona Tile and Ferguson's to show us tile and granite samples as well as new bathroom fixtures. We felt so comfortable with Ray. All of the workers were on time, kept the rest of my mom's home clean while they were completing the remodel, and were very professional. Overall, they were able to remodel both bathrooms in just a few weeks. The removed the old linoleum and replaced it with custom tile flooring. We remodeled the master bath shower to get rid of the tub and shower combo and turned it into a walk-in shower. It is just beautiful. In both bathrooms we have new vanities, mirrors, and granite counter tops. Their work is just amazing. We did run into a little glitch about a week later when one of the faucet handles became a little loose. We were able to get Ray's foreman back out to tighten it up and haven't had an issue since. The Advance Solutions team was professional from beginning to end. I will definitely give Ray a call when I am ready to start projects in my own home.

Initially we were very pleased. The tile work was and is still great. the plumbing is horrible, two weeks after completion the shower handle fell off. they came out to "fix it" it was still lose and were told that just how this model is. a month later fell off again, this time we were told it was a defective part from Moen and they can't help us because they didn't buy the parts. Finally we called a differrnt plumber in without getting any additional parts he was able to fix it perfectly, they just didn't know what they were doing. we paid the new plumber out of our pocket, no help offered from Advanced Solutions

Ray is a true professional. When he came to our home to give us a quote he gave us some great ideas for all three bathrooms. He made suggestions that helped keep the cost down, but at the same time encouraged us to use good quality fixtures and materials. Ray has a great eye for design. His crew was always on time, clean, respectful, hardworking and professional. We were very pleased with the final products. We definitely recommend Advance to anyone looking for desing ideas, honestly and quality work.

Ray Foster and his team were from beginning to end not just professional, knowledgeable, on time and on budget but went out of their way to accommodate any wishes and addressed any concerns we had. I am planning on doing some more upgrades to my home in the future and Ray Foster and his Advance Solution team will be the first and only ones I am going to call for this.

First, I'd like to point out that I understand that in several cases, some projects may be little or not as big as some contractors would like. I understand that a full remodel is perhaps preferred, easiest to demo and start out fresh, so looking at the company profile, it appeared they offered a large range of services so I decided to call them up as my kitchen needed a facelift. One of our problems was under our kitchen sink. The baseboard has some water damage and would need repair. I also wanted to replace the sink entirely and with it, the entire counter top of the kitchen and the side bar. So we called Advanced Solutions to come out. They were accommodating over the phone, we scheduled a meeting on Saturday and when Saturday came, our estimator Ray had to cancel as he was with another customers and stuck in traffic. We agreed to meet up the following day, Sunday. Ray arrived and was friendly. But hearing some of his comments right off the bat made me realize he didn't think our project was big enough or perhaps even worthy enough (big "ticket" ). He even indicated that his company would charge too much for what he wanted. Really man? I was actually very surprised to hear him say that we should probably call someone else to take care of our project, even suggested a handyman. Again, I get it, some stuff may be handled easily by a handyman but I still wanted to get a estimate of the overall project of replacing the counter tops and even possibly redoing the cabinets. This is not a lot to ask and we were merely requesting an estimate and were serious about doing a project. Ray took some measurements and advised us that he would get back to us within the week. A week later, no email no phone call. I called the office and they said they would get in contact with him for a follow up. The follow-up and email never came. Terrible way to follow-up. Its a shame as they had great reviews, too bad I'll never know.

On my behalf, my mother arranged appointments with 4 different contractors to remodel/resurface my kitchen. Ray Foster with Advance Solutions was the third appt. While he was a little bit late due to being stuck in traffic (his office called ahead to notify us), he was worth the wait. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and exceedingly polite. He showed me many before and after pictures of previous jobs. He quoted me the best price to complete my kitchen and provide the labor to re-tile my entire downstairs. I made sure to get the contract spelled out as much as possible as to who was responsible for each thing so that there were no surprises later on. Ray never tried to get anything added on and even provided me with a few things that were supposed to be at my expense. He also purchased many items on our behalf using his contractor discount, which saved us a bit of money as well. He had an opening to start work the next week. He quoted 3-4 weeks to complete the project. While we did go a little over that time, it was mostly in part to me deciding to add projects as we went along. Ray spent a lot of time and worked closely with me on the design aspect of the kitchen. The work that was done was beautiful. The workers were always very polite and respectful and I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my home and to lock up on their own. Ray immediately addressed/corrected every issue that I had a concern with. I would definitely recommend Advance Solutions Co. to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom. We interviewed 3 different companies and I chose Advance Solutions to do the remodeling of our kitchen and half bath because of the price and I also felt very comfortable speaking with Ray on our first meeting. Ray was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us many ideas that were great and that we've implemented while renovating our kitchen. A great plus was the discounts that Ray was able to pass on to us. We worked directly with a couple of his vendors which were very helpful. On demolition day, Ray's team showed up and was very polite. They introduced themselves, then went about their work. Ray's team did an awesome job! They too are very courteous and professional. Each morning they show up on time and began their work and always greeted us good morning, each day they were at our home. In the end, our kitchen looked beautiful and as Ray said, "showroom ready". Ray and his team did a great job!

I had been burned by a bathroom contractor last year, so I went into this job with trepidation. The individual I dealt with (Ray Foster) came to my house immediately after my initial call and within a few minutes I had an estimate. The job went without a hitch. The workers were highly skilled and polite. They arrived on time every morning and went about their work. They put paper down on the floor from the front door all the way up the stairs and into the bathroom. Every day they swept the floor and cleaned up any debris that may have been left throughout the day. The job was supposed to take three weeks but was finished in two. You could tell they took a lot of pride in their work. They did a great job!!

I was extremely pleased from start to finish. The professionalism and hard work was outstanding. Not a lot of english was spoken but they knew their trade and did an awesome job! Ray was incredible with his negotiations and professionalism. The workers knew exactly what to do and when to do with the overall product expertly done. When a new crew came in they were about their business until it was time to go home. When supplies needed to be obtained, Ray was right there to pick them up and bring it to the house so the workers did not have to wait. What teamwork! I cannot forget Darlene in the office. If I needed something, she was right there to help me. What an awesome crew from the office to the workers in my home! Thank you all for your expertise. Btw......the flooring is incredible. Comments continue to come in from friends and family when they walk into the house. They admire the beauty and workmanship in the flooring. Each one of the workers had a job to do and did it expertly well.

Our initial meeting and introduction to Rayshon Foster of Advance Solutions was great. The appointment was set on a Sunday weekend due to our commutes & job schedules during the week; this was very relaxing and offered a warm setting from the start. The presentation of the company background and a family owned business gave us better insight of the company's solid integrity as a service provider, as well as confirmed the "A" rating from the BBB which we are very agreeable. From our discussion of the work we wanted done of each room, Ray offered his personal and professional opinion of how to coordinate the pattern to bring out the details that would show the greatest contrast between the color and design of each room; we were very pleased and excited from our meeting and the CD portfolio left for our viewing pleasure of previous contracted jobs completed. During the work that was being done any calls made to Ray and the office staff were handled courteously and messages were returned promptly where it did not delay the schedule. Any change in details were first discussed with Ray and communicated / discussed with his team, not only did Ray but also his team confirmed our satisfaction with any change, never assuming or taking our word for granted without first discussing with us. The final results were spectacular, the look, the beautiful details and contrasting colors looked as if we just purchased a new home. We are very happy and pleased with the results and the 'facelift' our home just received. The excitement of our new floors are absolutely breathtaking. As homeowners we definitely agree with the "A" rating of Advance Solutions, and we strongly recommend Advance Solutions and are highly confident that you will receive the same excellent service that we received. We had a leak in our shower which caused some considerable water damage to our upstairs bathroom so we decided to fully remodel the bathroom at that time. I interviewed four different contractors and went with Ray from Advance Solutions because they had the best price. When Ray came out to give me the free quote, he was super thorough and professional. He showed me exactly what they would be doing and how they would fix the water damage. I felt confident at the time he would do a good job and he did not disappoint! His team completed the full remodel in 10 days, they were prompt, cleaned up after themselves and sealed up the remaining area of our bedroom to ensure it would not get dusty. Ray was always in contact with me as work progressed in our bathroom. When an issue was discovered with our plumbing or tiling, he would call to discuss with me the options and give me solutions. We are hiring Ray again to remodel our downstairs bathroom and can?t wait to work with him again.

The entire process was excellent. This was our first project working with a Contractor and Rayshon Foster, maintained constant communication with us through every step of the Project. Ray came to our home and drove us to the Tile Company to select the Granite Counter top, backsplash tiles and floor tiles. During the Remodel, everything was isolated with plastic draping to prevent dust spreading to the rest of the house. The Advance Solutions workers were knowledgeable and skilled and they cleaned up after themselves. Ray met with us several times before the work started and after the final walk-through and final payment to ensure any touch ups, etc., that we missed were corrected by his team. He provided a personal touch that eliminated our concerns about what the final product would look like. The team provided exceptional Customer Service. There 1st priority was the quality of the work and meeting schedule was there 2nd Priority. The quality of the work was superb. Ray worked with us presenting design options and possible cost savings to help us stay within our Budget. Ray was able reschedule our initial start date from July to April to coincide with an out of State Trip I had to take. The entire project was completed 3 ½ weeks ahead of schedule Ray obtained top-of-the-line Appliances for the Remodel. All of the appliances are Stainless Steel and he personally showed us how to clean and maintain them. The final cleanup, including the removal of the old appliances, was complete and furniture that was moved to facilitate painting of rooms was moved back to their original position. The final product is fantastic! Next year we plan to contract with Advance Solutions to remodel our guest bathroom

Ray and Advanced Solutions were excellent from the estimate to the last detail of finish work. We came in under the budget that I wanted to spend. we even made some design changes in mid remodel, they were able to accommodate the changes, we agreed on the price difference and still finished the job on time. Ray made every step easy from starting on the day he promised, Advanced solution team members showed up on time every day and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. They exceeded our expectations and made several suggestions in design that made the finish work really POP.

This company distinguishes itself in several important ways; it is under the direction of a man who cares deeply about his clients, and the work is performed by men who are experts in their fields whether that is tile, laminate or wood flooring, painting, installing moldings, etc. They are true professionals who explained at all times the steps of the process. At the outset, Ray helped us choose and purchase a tile plus a wood laminate appropriate for a laundry room at the best price possible. We had large 24x24" ceramic tiles placed in the living room, kitchen, long hall and adjoining bathrooms and outside entryways. His estimate of three weeks work time was right on target, although he allowed us extra days at his expense because of a change of molding style. The workmen were always punctual, always polite. They walled off all living areas from their work place with plastic sheeting and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We were amazed at the way the tiling was planned so that we were never without use of the kitchen, or denied access to bathrooms or living areas. The results have been dramatic, the house flows and expands with the beauty of these tiles. The laundry room floor is beautiful yet easy to maintain and resistant to water damage. The overall change has been stunning.

We had several contractors come out to quote the remodeling but we decided on Ray and Advance Solutions, and we're so glad we did. We were very impressed with Ray's knowledge, suggestions, patience, and professionalism. Working with Ray Foster at Advance Solutions has been a pleasure. When I was getting estimates Ray was not a hard sell and did not pressure me or keep calling me to see if I had made up my mind, etc. I appreciated his easy going manner in finding a contractor. He had good reviews so I decided to take the chance on his company. Ray walked us through the whole process and kept us within our decided budget regarding materials. He passed on his contractors discount to us so we were able to get quality materials and finishes at a decent price. Whenever we ran into a problem, which you will when you open up floors, etc in a track home, Ray responded promptly and took care of them. His workers were friendly and diligent and cleaned up after their messes. Our bathrooms are beautiful and we would definitely do business again with Advance Solutions. We took advantage of a deal on Angie"s List where we remodeled 2 bathrooms and got the third for free. I would highly recommend Advance Solutions to anyone looking to remodel bathrooms or a kitchen.

Rayshon Foster came to our home to look at repairs to master bath shower tile installed by another contractor. He was punctual and professional. He was thorough in his analysis. We have not yet made a decision ... but we were impressed by his knowledge. I would definitely recommend that this company be contacted if you are considering a bath or kitchen remodel.

Rayshon Foster put my mind at ease from the moment we met at the free estimate appointment. He is very skilled at visualizing his visions of what would work best and incorporating my ideas and budget constraints.Ray will work with any home owner to insure a beautiful completed product.Although the kitchen remodeling project is only in its second week, it is close to being approximately 30% completed. Additionally, the workmen are very skilled and more than willing to make changes on the fly in order to incorporate my changing desires. They absorb the changes with a smile and get to work immediately. A very pleasant experience for a change.
