The changes were phenomenal! Our bathroom was over 30 years old. Now as senor citizens we needed to completely modify our bathing area. Out came the "over-sized" man made 750 gallon bathtub to a totally flat area where we just walk in and out of the shower without any curtains or shower doors, and a new "walk in" bathtub off in a corner, and the most amazing arrangement of different coordinating tiles on the walls and floor! I might add here that we are talking about 140 square feet area! Rayshon has a very keen eye for design and layout. He and his crew were on time every day, cleaned up after themselves every evening, and very professional in every area. I would strongly encourage people to use his services, and would also do so again myself!!! I only wish I could leave pictures!

Still waiting for his call UPDATE: They did show up for the inspection, but have not provided any type of report to indicate that they were here for the inspection. I have requested a report at least four times now, but they haven't provided any report.

I can't remember the man's name, but he was on time and courteous at first. I have a bathroom that needs remodeling and asked them to give me an estimate. I know it needs a lot of work and it is an old bathroom. I have had a couple of contractors come and give me quotes within my budget as well as do the lead testing. He walked in my bathroom and said he wasn't going to do any measurements because it need to be torn down which I knew it did. You still need measurements no matter what so you know what size everything was before you tear down. He never asked me what I wanted or how I wanted it done just straight asked me what my budget was. I threw a number out that wasn't my real budget just to see what he would say. He said no way we could do it for that budget and went on that my sub floor needs replacing which it doesn't. I have had it checked and it fine, I need new plywood on top but I felt he was just looking for money. I found it insulting and bad business to just straight out and ask how much money I have without discussing what all needs to be done and what I want done. He handed me a DVD and business card that I tried to give back but he told me to keep it like I was going to call him later for future projects. It just went straight in the trash. Update: A letter D was given not because work was performed, but because you asked me what my budget was without asking me what I wanted done in my bathroom. To me that is someone looking for money, if I said 20 thousand you would have been my best friend.

The $49 "Design Consultation" was a complete waste of time and money. It took a month to get them to come to the house. When the guy finally came out, he told us that he would prepare an estimate for the work discussed and send it to us a few days later. Instead of sending the estimate, we were told ?Advance Solutions Co has made the decision not to move forward with your project.? If we had just flushed the $49 down the toilet at least we wouldn't have had to wait a month.

Ray was a pleasure to work with. He listened to my ideas and had great input and insight for my project. Advance Solution Co crew and staff were always prompt and were very friendly making them a pleasure to work with. The quality of the materials used and the details in the craftsmanship were remarkable. The project came in right on budget and was completed when promised. I am so impressed and pleased with my bathroom I have already contacted Advance Solutions Co. for a consultation to renovate my kitchen. We will use them for all our home improvement needs from here on out.

Ray had done some remodeling to the office where I worked and the job that was performed was exceptional, which is why I ask him to come out to my home to give me an estimate on my kitchen. He showed up on time, he was professional and very knowledgeable which is a plus. That makes you know that you are in good hands. He found mold, which he assured me not to worry and that it would be taken care of and he did. I was more than satisfied with the job they did. My kitchen looks like no one lived there before. I love it. I will definitely have him do more work in the future. I also liked the fact that the workers cleaned up behind them selves. Thanks for my brand new kitchen Ray

He called in his ship to see if the part was in stock, he came back a couple of days later and replaced it.

Provider on time, did a more complete inspection than was expected. Gave a few beginning recommendation of how to improve house integrity.

Ray and crew showed up ON TIME, spent first hour or so covering my hardwood floors and stairs to make sure no damage would occur by their crew. (VERY IMPRESSED). I have to say I have had lots of work done to my house and having a crew showing up on time was a huge plus. Crew setup their work area outside even though it was raining which was awesome because of all the dust and particles that get generated from their cutting of wood and shaping granite. I offered my garage but they insisted on working outside as not to get my cars and motorcycle full of wood and granite particles. I was very impressed! The product delivered (new countertops in the bathroom) are excellent. I still stare at them as I pass by my bathrooms. Ray helped advise us on the type of sinks and faucets to the style and design of the granite. He went way above the service I have grown accustomed to. Very professional company. They didn't try to nickel and dime me, the price quoted was the price paid. The timeline of the work given prior to starting was the time it took to complete the work. They took all trash with them including boxes and packing materials that the sinks came in. They even swept all the floors they covered on their way out. Which was a big plus! When I compare Advanced Solution's services keep in mind I bought a foreclosure home that needed a lot of work. I have had probably 8-9 set of contractors in the last 6 years some of which I had to fire half way into the job. Advanced Solutions is the only contractor that I would call back for more work. I would highly recommend.

As stated before, we contacted this place only because it was on Angie's List. This representative, "Ray" came to our home and wasted our time. First of all gave us bad information about not using ceramic tile in our bathroom... talked with other experts who had never heard of such a thing. Secondly, this guy told us he would give us a quote in a week!!! Why so long!!? We waited because we really wanted the job done. Weeks passed and no contractor or quote. Tried to follow up and give these peolple a chance to redeem themselves. Nothing... Was unable to reach the company. They changed the number or something. It was a very strange and a bit scary encounter. We don't know who these people were that came to our home... Not good.

Their service went above and beyond our expectations. Thank goodness we found Advance Solutions. My husband and I tried a handful of different companies and couldn't see eye to eye with any of them. We have lived in our home for about 11 years and since the day we moved in we had told each other that down the road we would completely remodel the kitchen and bathroom. And now that it is all said and done my husband and I couldn't be happier that we went with Advance Solutions! Ray was on top of every single detail and understood what we wanted from the get go, the project was done in the amount of time that he had estimated. We were pleased that all the workers were on time during the remodel, which showed their true dedication in making our dream kitchen/ bathroom come to life. The bathroom had mold which was a huge problem but we also wanted to change the countertops and floors. We were able to decide on great quality tile/countertop for our new bathroom and it is perfection, we are so pleased that the mold is now gone and we have this beautiful bathroom to enjoy! When the kitchen was finished we could not believe our eyes it was more than we ever envisioned. All thanks to their amazing teamwork and out standing work ethics. From the new countertops and appliances, to the cabinets we are in love with how amazing everything turned out. Ray was able to add more cabinet space with a different layout and it is working out wonderfully ! I am writing this review in hopes that more people can get this experience the first time when looking for a construction company. I can't thank these guys enough for making the process so fun and easy for my family and I. My husband and I highly recommend this firm and have been raving about it to all our friends and colleagues. Thank you Ray and Advance solutions for taking such great care of our home.

The project went exactly as planned. Ray Foster did an excellent job understanding the requirements of our remodel, and quickly picked up on our style. I found Ray to be sensitive to our budget by providing us with the best of everything within our range. Ray communicated very well with us through out the whole process. The Advance Solutions staff arrived promptly every morning, cleaned up at the end of the day, and were hard working, courteous, and took pride in the quality work they performed. Every day we saw progress towards the final goal, which I really appreciated. I have hired other contractors in the past, and there always seemed to be down time; that was not the case with Advance Solutions. They planned very well and finished a few weeks ahead of schedule. I thank them for their effort and diligence. We are very impressed with the quality craftsmanship provided by Advance Solutions, and how well everything turned out. I have shown pictures to family and friends and they too were amazed at the transformation of our kitchen and bathrooms provided by Advance Solutions. I would definitely recommend them.

The bathroom looks awesome! The guys that came everyday were fantastic! The job went so easy. This was a total gut and redo. They listened to my ideas, gave me suggestions and it turned out great. If I ever had a question the answer was just a phone call away. I could not have asked for a better experience This was the first major home remodel work I have had done and I was a little stressed. Ray made it so easy! The guys showed me what they did everyday before they left and let me know what would be done the next day. Everything was so clean when they left at the end of each day you would know they were there. They turned my old, tired very used 1980's bathroom into a very beautiful relaxing place to be! After reading through all of the reviews Ray at Advance Solutions had on Angie's List I decided to give him a call to give us an estimate on our kitchen remodel. Throughout the whole process Ray was very professional; from the initial quote, to picking out materials (he has a good eye for style), to regular visits to check on progress, to changes to the scope of work and final walk through. He is very honest and up front with you. Advance Solutions went above and beyond what I expected. They did the little things like replace all outlets and switches, replace the builder grade plastic water lines with metal ones, replaced our door bell, installed all of the small accessories in our bathroom. The list goes on. I would definitely recommend Ray and plan to use him in the future for our upstairs projects.

I was looking forward to this, but then my house flooded and I needed to deal with that first. They responded right away, and they were completely okay with me getting the deal refunded.

Advanced Solutions just finished our ?Vegas Suite Master Bathroom? remodel. My wife and I couldn?t be happier. We just bought this house and the Master Bedroom was Pepto-Bismol pink and had a small shower. Now it looks like we live in a Vegas Hotel Suite. Ray?s vision and knowledge of design are far superior to anyone that we have encountered. From the first time we met Ray we just clicked. His straightforward, honest approach was what we were looking for. We told him what we wanted and he made it happen. He keep us in the loop the whole way and steered us away from cheap materials that were going to fall off our wall in five years to very affordable quality stuff. He was also not afraid to tell us ?No?. We had some ideas that he said he could do, but would look bad and do more damage down the line. He could have done them, came back in a couple of years and charged us to fix it, but he didn?t. Ray showed up at or door as a contractor and he finished this job as family. We already have three more projects lined up for him with more to come.

Ray Foster and his team were very professional, detailed and available to answer our questions. Ray and his team explained each step of the process to us, advising us of all the pros and cons letting us know exactly what the work would entail based on our request. They kept the work area clean, clear and safe. Since our home is a older home Ray advised us ahead of time that should they discover mold what the exact treatment would be to safely and completely get rid of it. He found very little mold and took care of it at no extra cost. Our remodeled bathroom is beautiful. I was impressed by how he handled the work within the project but not just his portion. I think they were less expensive than AE tile.

We have never done a construction project before and were terrified of making a mistake given the cost of the kitchen renovation we wanted. After speaking to numerous contractors and doing online research of materials and spectrum of costs, we decided on Advance Solutions Company because of Ray Foster. Besides being gracious and friendly, he gave us several scenarios and prices based on our need. When we told him we had to think about, he gave us questions to ask other prospective contractors and what quality materials to look for when purchasing. We didn?t take long to decide on Ray. He gave us a price that included: painting the walls, adding new electric outlet covers, purchasing appliances for us at a lower price than what we were able to find, installing the appliances and replacing all the old connections to ensure that the new appliances worked properly. We were sent a contract within 24 hours with an itemized price list and met him at Arizona Tile Company because he said, ?You cannot really tell what you?re buying based on small samples. You really need to see the granite on a large scale.? He guided us through the color, texture, and style designs of the backsplash and then to the enormous slabs of granite on display at the warehouse. He already had several in mind and spoke knowledgeably about the positives and negatives of each slab, pointing out small imperfections that we would never had noticed. Finally, we chose the granite, and he had two large slabs set aside for us that were void of problems. I might add that his combinations of colors, textures and materials, are the ones we went with. He has a great eye. Before we left, he also gave us sample products with instructions on how to maintain the granite countertop and stainless steel sinks. His team, led by Nestor, came on time and meticulously prepped the kitchen by covering all floors, redoing the walls with a texture coating where there were small imperfections before ever applying primer to the walls. We were also able to buy paint at contractor prices. During the process, Ray was always quality checking on everything, answering our questions immediately, and checking to see that he was exceeding our expectations. He did. The total cost was $7,800 for the granite counters and backsplash, a new 16 gage double stainless steel sink with faucets, a new garbage disposal, removal and disposal of the old countertops, painting the walls, and replacing all the electric covers and electrical and gas connections. When replacing the 13 year old under-the-sink water filter became problematic, Ray put in a new under-the-sink Britta system at no cost to us. I have never had anyone go so many extra miles to complete a job. An additional $2,000.00 was spent for a new black glass gas cooktop with a downdraft, and new connectors for all the appliances. The kitchen renovation took seven days over two weeks, and it was well worth it. Ray has a fine eye for detail and is not satisfied with good work; only with excellent work. He and his team, headed by Nestor and Alfredo, are true craftsmen. I would recommend them to anyone for any project and will employ them again to renovate our two bathrooms.

We hired Advance Solutions to remodel our dated kitchen, flooring and our master bath which looks like it got stuck in a time warp of the mid 80's. Advance Solutions came in and remodeled our kitchen and brought it back to life and present day!! We now have a top of the line gourmet kitchen, Beautiful Antique White cabinetry with lighting, plenty of storage and space, Granite Counter tops and an island with more than enough prep space which my wife loves!! Beautiful stainless steel appliances 6 burner viking range, dish washer, fridge and built-in wine cellar (All Pre-Bought by my wife and I and installed by Advance Solution) hardwood floors through out which gives it a master designers touch that is a show stopper as soon as you step into the room. Our master bath was a true task, from the ugly wall paper to the dated tile flooring that had been there since the house was built, to the jacuzzi tub incased with the same dated tile (Talk about a disaster!) Once again Advance Solutions ripped out all that dated stuff and we now have a bath room that could in my opinion rival any 5 star spa, Dual vanity with knee space topped off with quartz counter tops and under mounted sinks, updated tile flooring, 42in X 72in soaking tub with separate walk-in shower with steam seating, multi angel shower sprays including over head rain spout. We couldn't be more pleased with the work Advance Solutions provided for us we now have a home that we can see ourselves in for years to come.
