Smart Sprinkler Repair

Service was awesome. They came and evaluated the existing system with an eye towards getting it working again without trying to upsell. They did great work in repairing/replacing 2 valves and a dozen broken heads. Highly recommended.

The entire job went well. Brian, the boss, had performed an earlier inspection and provided a cost estimate. Greg the technician re-checked the sprinklers for leaks, replaced and repaired sprinkler stems, nozzles and valves. The valve hammer/vibration problem was isolated and repaired. Brian had all necessary replacement hardware in the truck. Both gents kept us informed at every step of the way, and had necessary hardware in truck.

They were able to fit me in their schedule and repaired a faulty sprinkler valve. They did it in a timely manner and charged a fair price. I will be happy to use them again.

We had a weeping irrigation leak from underneath a gnarled mass of roots and foliage. Brian quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue (it was something other than we were thinking), and was able to procure the necessary repair parts and get everything back up and running before the next watering cycle. In addition to clearly explaining what was happening, he also provided some excellent information as to what to expect from different types of roots in the vicinity of the irrigation components and how to best mitigate future issues. He also provided some suggestions that will help us water more efficiently. Very personable, straight-forward, organized, and punctual. I'll definitely be calling Brian at Smart Sprinkler Repair in the future.
