+ 0 moreSmartBuilding IQ, under the name SmartHome IQ, did a terrible job on a large renovation project on my condo. Legally all I can say is that I am currently suing them for fraud and other claims for substantial damages including substandard quality, overcharges, and items invoiced and not delivered.
