Promise Land Homes was hired to sand and prime our deck for painting. Attila arrived right on time, work progressed as promised, including sanding chipped paint on deck and applying two coats of primer for our future painting. Attila was always attentive to our concerns, explained all the processes and products and completed the work as estimated and as promised. He was aware of needing a helper, Jeff, who couldn't have been more pleasant. I recommend this company for any of your contracting needs.

Atilla did an excellent job of taking down our old barn. His work was timely, and he stacked and organized the wood in "like" pieces so that it could be sold. He found buyers for some of it, which helped us tremendously. His follow-up is great, and we would definitely hire him again.

Atilla pays attention to detail. He shows up on time, consults you throughout the job to make sure it is the way you want it, cleans up after the project daily and is a very nice person. I would recommend him to anyone. He did a major deck repair for me.

Atilla did an exceptional job. I had old storm windows removed and was left with sealant around the windows that was hard to remove. The trim on the windows had weathered and one windowsill had rotted. Atilla replaced the rotten windowsill and scraped and repainted the others. He also scraped and repainted large areas of trim on two sides of the house. He was conscientious, always polite, and checked with me frequently to make sure the work was progressing satisfactorily. I'm more than pleased with the results and am already planning to have him do further work next year.
