 + -1 moreThe work was excellent. He had to work around a new hardwood floor, new fixtures and tile. Pedro does a lot of work for people on my street. He is a great guy who we all like and totally trust. He has become a close friend of one of my neighbors. He will always give a fair price and stand by the work. Once you use him, you don't need to get other bids. Oh, and he does fancy finishes, exteriors, etc.
Description of Work: Pedro sanded and primed a new bathroom and painted the walls (two colors), ceiling, and trim (door, window, crown moulding, chair rail). He also painted a large new hardwood cabinet and open shelf unit. This (and some of the trim) was done with a sprayer- primer and three coats over three days. We supplied most of our own paint.
