I didn't think my carpet would come clean. It looks beautiful now. Very happy with the service.

Excellent work with a very reasonable cost. I will only use Nichols Carpet Cleaning services. Victor is an honest, hardworking and very prompt professional. My carpets are a challenge since I have kids and pets but he always get them beautifully clean. Victor, thank you again for excellent service!

Carpet was still dirty. Many spots that were left that were dirt and not stains. When I called to say I was not satisfied the spokesperson was rude but took a message for the owner. I never received a return call. Total waste of money! The carpets were cleaned on 6/23 and the house remained empty until we moved back into the house on August 3. During our inspection of the house on August 3 is when we noticed the carpets had not been cleaned well.

The owner is very nice but does not move anything. They do not vacuum first. They are higher priced to start with but there is not as much fine print. They did a good job and have done a better job then other companies. They were good about calling.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning prior to our move-in and because our closing was delayed, I had to reschedule a few times. They were very responsive and accommodating with the scheduling. The day of the duo arrived early and got right to work. They were thorough and moved quickly. All looked good upon completion. It wasn't until after the fact when everything dried that I had my doubts about how well the stairs were cleaned. The carpet is only 2 years old, so I thought they would look much better after a cleaning. The only reason I didn't call them back was because we moved in and our movers further trampled the stairs so I didn't feel right asking them to redo the stairs at that point. All the other rooms looked great though.

I had just moved in to the neighgorhood and had brought couches from my old house. They needed a good cleaning to remove animal dander and lost of wea and tear (I do not have any pets at my new home). I contacted three or four names on my search list and got phone estimates from each one. All prices were reasonable and within a few dollars of each other. I had a limited time window to get this cleaning done(next day in the morning) to fit my schedule. The owner/operator of the company said he could make it at 10:30 am. Next day, he arrived right on time and, after seeing what he needed to do, got right to work. Not only did he do agreat job, he also cleaned the footstool that I forgot about at no charge. His price was right on his quote, he did excellent work, and cleaned up after himself. Not only that, since I was new to the neghborhood, he gave me a lot of info on local businesses, and a lowdown on the neghborhood itself. I also found out he was a neighber and let me know to contact him if I needed to borrow anything to fix up the place! What more could you ask! Fast freindly service, on time, and helpful in more ways than one. This was a great welcome to the neighborhood. He will be getting a call back to do the carpets next (I had him leave me a quote.).
