Their service was fine. They really evaluated the color and texture combinations under consideration. We found that especially helpful, because they provided lots and lots of choices., and we had no clue of what we were doing. It turned out to be a deliberate process (6 to 8 weeks in all). They loaned us samples of several candidate selections for review at our home. This was a critical step as the actual lighting and surrounding decor had a big impact on the final choices. So that was the hard part. Ordering and delivery went fairly smoothly. But I should add, through no fault of Nara Tile, several of our preferred selections turned out to be back ordered and we had to make revisions to maintain our schedule. The prices seemed fair. Delivery was on schedule, and generally required about a week after ordering. When they arrived at their store, Nara loaded the tile boxes on our truck (they are very heavy) and we got them home in good condition for the tile setter. We were pleased with Nara. They were very patient with us as we struggled through the challenge. We are pleased to recommend them.

Nara Tile were great. They had a great attitude, great customer service, and they deliver. They were terrific. Their price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Not enough knowledgeable staff to help in selection. Samples were not available. Very poor service overall. I used Western tile company in Dublin and was out the door in ten minutes with samples. My tile turned out gorgeous and is exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price.

Are you looking for some design guidance but don't want to pay for a separate interior designer? Nara Tile is the place for you! We were doing our first bathroom remodel and were really uncertain as to what color schemes and materials to consider. We didn't expect any help at Home Depot and Lowe's, but even the other specialty tile stores provided little assistance (they seemed to cater more to contractors). In contrast, Ceren (pronounced Jerin) was very helpful in guiding us on color and material choices. To get the most guidance and feedback, you should visit the store once to look around and make an appointment for a design consultation during which you will get Ceren's full attention. If you do not schedule a time with her, it may be difficult to speak with her as the store was quite busy and she gives appointments priority (no appointments on Saturdays). We brought in a few color photos of bathrooms we liked (found online). Based on the idea photos, Ceren showed us a range of porcelain tile options to stay within our budget. We never felt pressured to 'upgrade' from our budget. Ceren also has an eye for what will and quot;dateand quot;, so steered us away from more trendy to more timeless options. In addition to tile, Ceren recommended granite for a vanity countertop, although we ended up working directly with a fabricator for that. Later she even provided some suggestions over the phone when we had to make some last minute grout color choices. We didn't pay directly for the design consultations, presumably it was included in the tile pricing which was competitive with other specialty tile stores. While most of Ceren's tile was more expensive than the big box stores (Home Depot, etc.), our contractor commented specifically that our tile was much better quality than the typical Home Depot tile. The sophisticated style is also something that you will not find with the standard/stock big box tile selection. Overall we were extremely glad that we found Nara Tile and will definitely use them again and recommend to others.
