+ -1 moreThe initial order was placed on 04/27/2006, and was just finally completed today (10/21/2006). The rep, Patty, was very nice, but we had to follow up most of the time if we wanted a response. We paid for everything up front because we were told that the time frame on order completion was so short. Initial installer was unable to complete the job after coming out. Patty had to bring us temporary paper shades and ship part of the order back to the factory. When the order came back one of the blinds still did not work correctly. Finally after a third time the blind appears to be functional. Everything was handled out of California, and there was no local support besides the local representative. Would definitely use a store front or local manufacturer next time. Patty was always very nice, but October is a long wait from April.
Description of Work: Ordered 7 custom blinds from local franchise of Mini Blinds.
