+ -1 morebought 2 casablanca fans - nash was super helpful and nice..even though we showed up 2 minutes before closing and took our sweet time in deciding... Got the fans up - and they are beautiful !

+ -1 moreFans were not delivered on time. They were improperly installed by a young guy with no apparent experience. Also, the owner of the company, Nash (very dishonest person), assisted with the installation. They were at my home for 2 days attempting to install the fans, which is shocking since my home was newly built and pre-wired for ceiling fans. When they left, some of the fans wobbled excessively and when you turned on the fan or light in one room, the fans and lights in the other rooms turned on! Are you kidding me? He gave me the number of a Casablanca installer to call. But wait, Nash, I paid you to install the fans! The Casablanca installer was amazed at the substandard job. He said Casablanca may not even honor the warranty on the fans because of the pathetic installation. I asked that Nash pick up the fans and return my money. He refused. Shocking, but true! I was forced to deal with the manufacturer directly. Beware of this dishonest business, specifically Nash.
Description of Work: I purchased 6 Casablanca fans from them, including installation, in April, 2014.
