A GFCI circuit went out during fountain maintenance. Normally I would reset it myself, but I searched my house from top to bottom, inside and out, and could not find the controlling GFCI-switched outlet that was open. I called Carl for help. "Look in the garage", he said. I told him that I did look there. "Look again" he suggested, pleasantly. I had to move a lot of stuff around but I eventually found the well-hidden GFCI outlet. I did a simple reset and my problem is solved. Thanks Carl, for the welcome free advice! I'll call again.

Carl did an absolutely great job with my recessed lighting. He was punctual, did the job quickly and accurately, and even spent a little extra time installing another plug. I would definitely call him again

Professional, punctual and SUPER. Carl came to my house to troubleshoot the electrical in my living room and bathrooms.He was able to trace the short all the way up in the attic. Also he came equipped with all the necessary tools and parts to get job done quickly. Best part he came on Super Bowl SUNDAY!

He never responded. I spent the time to send him nice detailed summary, and he doesnt even bother to respond. I wont use him. Not professional.

Mr. Keeney helped me out of a jam when a contractor quit on me without finishing a job. I called him on a Wednesday and he came out on Saturday. He worked quickly and professionally and was very flexible when I added something that I hadn't planned on when I first scheduled the appointment. I would definitely call him again if I needed assistance with anything.

Was able to fix the problem quickly after the technician provided by my home warranty company couldn't figure out what to do. It turned out that all that was needed was replacing a few electrical outlets.

I sent an email on 7/19 asking for him to look at my outdoor lighting which is not working. He replied on 7/20 asking what city I lived in. I replied Pleasanton on 7/20. No response since then. Can't reply on his work but in this day and age if someone cannot reply to emails within a few days then I see no reason to hire any contractor that I have to "chase" for a reply. Scott

Carl was fantastic! Easy to make an appointment. Also, the work he did was great and went smoothly. He arrived on time and was very courteous. When we had follow up questions regarding the electric car charger he installed, he answered them promptly. Also, he was really nice about answering other electrical questions that were not related to our original order. Carl was super professional and I would recommend him to others. I will always call Carl for all my electrical needs! My neighbor also uses him.

Carl was very helpful providing suggestions and helping us know what fixtures and wiring to buy. I was able to schedule the work about 3 weeks after the initial visit, arrived promptly, and finished the work professionally as agreed. We love the lighting and the ideas he had to improve our initial plan. Would definitely recommend Carl and will use them again for this kind (or other electrical) work.

Carl was very responsive. he came out and looked at what we needed to do. He sent us the cost the next day. Carl called the day before to confirm and arrived at the proper time.. They came out a couple of weekends ago and put in one circuit so we could have some alarm work done. They came back this last Saturday to do everything else.
