 + -1 moreJaime was creative and helpful and smart with old furnace replacement 5-6 years ago, so when we needed a new smaller furnace (which he serviced efficiently several times when it was failing) for a newer addition to the house, he again came up with ideas and configuration we hadn't considered, and installed a heating/airconditioning heat pump. So we have used him to install one furnace, one heat pump, and for service. All work on time, careful, clean. No surprises. Price reasonable, far less than the large HVAC companies that advertise.

Description of Work: This time using JM I had them route my dryer vent out of the garage to exit on the side of the house. They quoted $375 and 2 hours. They finished about in that time but only charged me $300. The work is very professional and Jaime is very attentive. They did a great job and I would hire them again. Actually, they did my furnace/heater replacement about 2 years ago. Much bigger job, same result - quick, on time and on budget. Use these guys!
