The team start to finish was amazing and great to work with thru the whole process. Delivery on a quality product with extra and quot;customer serviceand quot; completely unexpected in todays world
Description of Work: It is rare in todays world to find a company which such high statndard of service and customer care. I not only urge you to by a spa (2nd for me and well worth the investment), but I urge you to meet with Dublin spa before making any final decisions. They enable a 5-star experience while providing for your best needs and at a very competitive price Cheers

So far it has been excellent. I thought they are very reasonable. They are very nice guys. They seemed very honest. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I used the Dublin Spa Center to buy some filters and a new cover for my spa.

This experience concerns a spa purchase, not service.
Description of Work: We ordered a spa from this company February 19, 2006 at a home and garden show. We also wanted a custom installation and deck. It took six weeks just to get the estimate for the installation. The estimate was much higher than expected, and omitted a below grade installation, which was specifically discussed. My deposit was returned, as requested, along with the following note, dated 4/1/06: "Thanks for wasting my time. Do not ever come to my store again. I absolutely refuse to ever do business with you again." I "wasted" a total of 1/2 hour of this person's time at the home show, when I bought the spa, and 1/2 hour at our home for an on site visit. I never wet tested the spa, or even went to the store. A contractor came out for an estimate in March, but never returned our follow up call.

The pool is really nice and I really love it. It's pretty deep on one end and shallow on the other and part of it is like a spa. They did a really good job and were professional. They are a reliable company and I would highly recommend them. Our pool looks great and they were very responsive to our needs.

DUBLIN POOL AND SPA WERE VERY HELPFUL. BEFORE THEY JUST REPLACED THE PUMP, THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT THE SYSTEM TO SEE IF IT WOULD BE MORE COST EFFECTIVE TO REPAIR IT. THEY KNOW A LOT ABOUT SEVERAL PUMP SYSTEMS. THEY HAVE A GREAT STAFF THAT IS PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: DUBLIN POOL AND SPA CAME OUT TO FIX THE PUMP. THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE PUMP SYSTEM IT COULD NOT BE REPAIRED.

DUBLIN POOL AND SPA DID A GREAT JOB. THE SPA LOOKS VERY INVITING. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND WORKED HARD TO GET THE SPA UP AND RUNNING VERY QUICKLY. THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: DUBLIN POOL AND SPA REMOVED AND INSTALLED A NEW SPA. THEY ALSO PUT IN A GAZEBO.

BRIAN CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE SPA. AFTER TESTING, HE DETERMINED THAT THE FLOW SWTICH NEEDED TO BE REPLACE. HE ARIVED ON TIME AND THE WORK WAS PERFORMED AS NEEDED.

THE STAFF AT DUBLIN POOL AND SAP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND FIGURED OUT HE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY. THEY REPLACED A RELAY SWITCH AND HAD THE SPA UP AND RUNNING AGAIN. THEY DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE SPA WAS HEATING AND WORKING PROPLERLY.
Description of Work: DUBLIN POOL AND SPA CAME OUT OT TEST AND WORK ON THE HEATER. IT WOULD NOT HEAT THE SPA.

THEY SHOW UP ON TIME EACH WEEK AND DO A GREAT JOB. THE POOL ALWAYS LOOKS GREAT. THEY HAVE IT BALANCED SO WE HARDLY EVER HAVE TO ADD THE CHEMICAL. THEY DO IT ALL. THEY REALLY DO A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

TODD WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN HE CAME OUT TO SERVICE AND TEACH ME HOW TO DO THE MAINTANCE ON THE SPA. HE WAS ON TIME, POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE MADE THE SPA MORE USER FRIENDLY AFTER HE HAD HELPED US TO LEARN HOW TO TAKE CARE OF IT.

6 WEEKS LATER, THE WRONG PART WAS ORDERED AND DELIVERED ONLY TO NOT BE INSTALLED. THE HEAD RESTS WERE ALSO NEVER ORDERED AFTER REQUESTING THEM TWICE. JACUZZI IS STILL NOT FIXED.
Description of Work: OUR JACUZZI PUMP STOPPED WORKING. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REPLACE THE PART, PLUS ORDER NEW HEAD RESTS.
