I called and describe what I would like to get it done. They were able to give me an estimate on the phone and set up an appointment. They came and spayed in and outside the house for all kind of bugs that crawled into the house. The bugs stopped coming in. I am happy with the service. I would definitely recommend the service to my friends.

I called them two years ago, for removal and trapping of a household pest. They provided friendly service both online and over the phone on my initial and future contact. Shortly, thereafter I contacted them again for on-going service. They provide bi-monthly service for pest control, with the option to have the exterminator come by for additional spraying, removal of pests, etc at any time free of charge. This service typically occurs within a few days of contacting the company. Kyle, the exterminator, has come been called for additional spraying of bees, spiders, insects, and removal of pests, on multiple occasions. He is always very pleasant and friendly.

They are very good and provide great service.

They are prompt, they come when they're supposed to and do the job. If you have a problem after they spray they will come back for free and respray. The price seems reasonable to me. Their responsiveness is excellent.

They offered us a one-time deal that would eliminate the problem for three months guaranteed or an annual contract. We went with the former. Subsequent to the first treatment they had to come out a couple of more times, which was not unexpected. The roaches have disappeared, but when you live in an old neighborhood, you know they will come back which is when we will call Day and Night again!

They have us on a schedule and they show up when they are supposed to. They are prompt, they get the job done, and they let us know that they've been there. If we have any ants between visits, they come back and respray the areas where the ants are.

They took care of the problem we had with ants around the foundation and they were really good. They come out quarterly and spray outside and do anything else on a need basis. They came out on time and were persistent in keeping appointments, and the experience has been really good.

We've been using this company for termite treatment for over a year and are very happy with the quality of their professional service and their customer service. They're very reasonably priced compared to the big companies they compete with, are flexible with appointments, prompt, and responsive. Most importantly, they are extremely customer service-oriented. I don't remember what they charge, but we pay a yearly fee for the service.
