+ -1 moreTHE PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH AND I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT MY EXISTING HARD DRIVE COULDN'T BE SAVED, BUT OVERALL, I'M FAIRLY SATISFIED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS.
Description of Work: ASSESSED DAMAGE TO A HARD DRIVE IN MY LAPTOP. REPLACED HARD DRIVE AND LOADED SOFTWARE.

+ -1 moreIT'S A LITTLE STOREFRONT. THE TECH WORKED ON MY SYSTEM UNTIL HE KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEMS WERE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & UNIFORMLY GOOD. THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ACCENTS & ARE A LITTLE HARD TO UNDERSTAND.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED MY COMPUTER'S POWER SUPPLY & UPGRADED SOFTWARE. TECH RECOMMENDED OTHER UPGRADES WHICH WERE GOOD IDEAS, BUT I COULDN'T AFFORD AT THAT TIME.
