Miguel and Fannie were fantastic to work with! I called two or three blinds companies. Miguel was by FAR the most professional. He came extremely prepared with his sample books and kits well organized. Asked me what I wanted and needed. I told him what I wanted and that I wanted the best value not the cheapest solution. He showed me the options and choices. He had great selection and the quality of the solution/products he recommended was really good. I bought plantation shutters for 6 windows and some nice roller shades for a sliding glass door with a cornice. They look awesome! My wife loves them! Miguel and Fannie did the install and did a great job. The cost was extremely good in my opinion, the value excellent and the buying experience was great from start to finish. The shutters and shades take a while to come because they were manufactured in China but I did not mind waiting a bit because Miguel and Fannie told me that up front and kept me updated on the progress of the order being fabricated, arriving and clearing customs etc. They completely managed and met my expectations through out the whole process. I am very impressed with the quality/value of the shutters and shades, the quality of the installation and the whole experience working with Miguel and Fannie. GREAT JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
