After a quick inspection, not only did they determine I did not need it, but they troubleshot what was mechanically wrong with my truck. =D No charge and a whole lot of honesty. Thanks and I'll be back when I actually *need* a locksmith.

 + -1 moreWe're very satisfied with Joey's work. He came out on time and he's very professional. When we told him that we wanted to have a master key for all doors (different request from what we told him on the phone), he handled our request in courteous manner and finished the job in no time.
Description of Work: We needed main and garage doors re-keyed and had one master key for all locks. There were 5 locks total and we got 5 keys for copies.

 + -1 moreLocksmith was very polite and helpful. After first visit, the locks were set up in a way that I could not open both locks and open door, but he fixed this. He did make a prompt appointment which he missed, and admitted to forgetting about me. He was quick to take responsibility and rectify situation. I would hire this company again.
Description of Work: Locks were re-keyed and new deadbolts were put in.

 + -1 moreBAY LOCK AND KEY TOLD US THEY HAD A THREE HOUR WAIT BUT THEY WOULD GET THERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THEY WOULD MAKE A KEY SO WE COULD REMOVE THE HITCH WITH HAVING IT CUT OFF. THEY MADE IT OUT BEFORE THE TIME THEY GAVE US.
