 + -1 moreI got locked out when the door latch collapsed in the closed position. All our doors and windows were locked with deadbolts, my husband was out of town and I had no way to get in. I had my cell phone so called Monrovia Lock Shop. A wonderful man named Darrell came out within a half hour. He got me back into the house and diagnosed the problem with the latch portion of the front door lock. He had seen the problem before with that type of lock and contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent out a replacement latch and Darrell came out as soon as it arrived. He was so helpful and the repair/replacement process was done flawlessly. He got me out of a difficult spot and we will never hesitate to recommend Monrovia Lock Shop.
Description of Work: First visit - helped me get back into our house after I got locked out when the front door latch collapsed in the "closed" position. Even though the primary lock is a deadbolt, it would not budge since the latch was stuck. Second visit - replaced with new parts to make it as good as new

Description of Work: Our most commonly used deadbolt on our back door was sticking and difficult to open. After twenty some odd years, the old Schlage needed service. WE called. Response was excellent and timely. Problem diagnosed, a new lock installed and potential problems like key wear were discussed and diagnosed.

Description of Work: A locksmith came out, replaced or rekeyed three locks in our house and made recommendations for other doors and locks on our property. They also cut off an old gate lock that had no key. I was concerned that the price they charged seemed too low to keep the truck and employee rolling!
