+ -1 moreWe got the estimate back in June but the job was actually done in September. Even though 3 months passed, Joe didn't change the originial price. He was patient and waited until we were ready for him. Joe is easy to get a long with, polite, and listens to what you need done. As a matter of fact, we have set up two more jobs with him. His crew knows what do to, they get the job done right the first time, and in the future we will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We needed 18 parking stalls cleaned, all driveways leading to the parking stalls, plus the sidewalks in front of an apt building cleaned. In addition, the front building steps needed to be cleaned. The parking spaces and sidewalks and steps were never power washed before and were dirty. Since there was limited street parking in the area, only one guy did the job. But once he got started he never stopped until he was done. All the grease and grime was removed, plus some grafitti on the front steps. When he was done I was thrilled to see the building so clean.

+ -1 moreI purchased a small strip mall a few months ago and the storefronts and walkways are extremely dirty because of heavy foot traffic, gum, grime and stains from food vendors. Joseph came out within 24 hours and gave me an estimate for the initial pressure washing and then another bid to do this service monthly. We scheduled the service for 11:00 PM to avoid interfering with the business hours of my tenants.Two crews arrived and they worked together with water scrubbers and steam machines and the cement looks great. Even more, I had a small graffiti area on the back of the building that the company pressure washed without charging. I was charged $685.00 for the initial service, and $205.00 a month. I am very satisfied with the work and professionalism of this company. They are nice people, and my tenants are extremely happy.
Description of Work: Water Werx pressure washed and steam cleaned the walkways and storefronts of a strip mall I purchased. It had a heavy buildup of gum, grime, and food stains from vendors. The company arrived at 11:00 PM with two crews and they used water scrubbers and steam machines to clean the cement and it looks great. I now have a monthly service with them and I am very satisfied.
