Valencia Dry Wall did a good job. Work was straightforward and quickly completed. Very pleased.

The job does not get 5 stars. But I would recommend this contractor for removing popcorn ceiling. He was able to work with my ceiling which wasplaster and not drywall. My ceiling is rounded on all edges and the work was very we'll done with that detail. The clean up was about 95% thorough. Only some dust on the the wood panels trim on one wall. No-one is perfect and so I'm accepting of this dust. The thing that makes me give 4 stars and not five is that on one wall for about 5 feet., he left a sliver of popcorn where it meet s the smooth wall. I had to sand it my self. Otherwise great work and I would recommend.

A little messy and missed a few spots but came back and fixed them.

He did a great job. Work was completed in a day and was very professional. I would have given 5 but project was delayed from original date.

I highly recommend Jose Valencia and Valencia Drywall to home owners looking for quality workmanship in a courteous and timely manner. I had popcorn/acoustic ceilings in 2 bedrooms and a hallway. Jose removed the popcorn and also prepped the ceilings for painting. I was so impressed with his work and efficiency that I hired him to paint the 2 bedrooms (one of which had a heavy texture on 2 walls which he eliminated) and the hallway which has closets which he also painted inside and out. The painting is almost done and I am very happy with the outcome. I will be using Valencia Drywall for my future projects and you should too.

Jose and his crew were arrived promptly as he promised on schedule. They finished on schedule and they waited for my floor got installed before they finished the base board. I will recommend to everyone who needs a drywall installed.

Original project time was set for one day, then it become 3 days since. they selected a paint quality that was not proper for the location and created issues with the roller shadows, however Jose accepted responsibility and tried his best to bring up the quality of the work.

Valencia was very professional and overall, did a wonderful job. Valencia was timely, finished the task earlier than anticipated, and was very accurate on estimating costs.

The job site was left a complete mess and disconnected appliances and equipment were not reconnected. A minor change in the scope of work resulted in a dramatic change in the quote. I was able to back the contractor down from his initial Change Order Request. I would not use this contractor again.

Jose is very hard working and the price is reasonable. The ceiling is very smooth now.
